Huge problem with DHL

People at Vyking were continuously there to try solve the problem

I enquired if they shipped aerosols. They said they didn't and made up a story why they couldn't. When I refuted their fairytale that their couriers accepted dangerous goods, they then refused to provide an explanation but eventually told me its too much work for them. So, this company is lazy as anything. This looks like one of those companies where they spring things on you and your item gets stuck in limbo until you jump through hoops.

Made a purchase and delved into Vykingship services for what amounted to an amazing experience with them, the reshipping was quick and easy with a great price on top of that really have nothing to complain about, trust-wise they are a long-standing company that has been in business for many years so there's nothing to worry about. Plus, you have the reviews online to check upon. You get actual customer support interactions with them that don't take 1 day to respond to your query like some competitor out there and a working website like it should be without having the need to ask for a particular service pretty much everything is listed on the website, TRUE repackaging service is also top notch (again not like some competitor out there that limit you on the type of items you can have them repackaged) for everything it just plain works!

I wanted to get the new Godzilla Minus One 4K blu-ray, but it was only available in the US. I spent about a week looking at options for parcel forwarding and Vykingship.com had the best reviews. Now I understand why. First, I was tracking my package to their warehouse and not 2 hours after it arrived, Vyking notified me they had it. They had pictures as proof and after consulting with their customer service, they had it repackaged and I had it shipped with the cheapest available option. It still arrived at my address in Canada within a week. I couldn't be happier with their service and speed.

I believe it's about time I made a review: So, the past 13 years I've used MyUS, ShopUSA, Shipito, Forward4me and Vyking Ship. While they each have their own strengths and weaknesses, I only used Vyking Ship these days, and I've done so since 2022.

I've currently received 89 packages to my suite. All were registered a brief moment after arriving to Vyking Ship.

The fact that you don't have free, premium, VIP, deluxe, etc. of these individual subscription models, makes it a much more stress-free experience to use Vyking Ship in my experience. It's a win for the user, and a win for Vyking Ship, since I feel much more inclined to use them than the other services I've tried.

I use them for collecting retro PC-games, and I find that Clinton and Paula have provided a wonderful service experience.

Without mentioning the name of the competing service, I once received photos of a $200 collectible PC-game which was opened with all content laid bare, on a very dirty table. That was the last time I used that service. When I contrast this with the photos I've received from Vyking Ship, and the games and software I've received, I feel very safe whenever I use them.

I specify that my suite contains collectible retro PC-games whenever I need a package repacked, or if I need to combine packages, and that's it.

All in all, I'm very happy, and I always recommend them whenever people ask me what parcel forwarding provider to use.

Always helpful, quick with deliveries, careful with products and a good shipping cost. Better than competitors.

I ordered an item from Japan, where the seller refused to ship it to Greece. So, I decided to ship it to vykingship and the personnel received it with just an authorization email towards USPS now my parcel is in the safe hands of vykingship warehouse. This company has never disappointed me. and I highly recommend using their services

I've been using these guys for about 1.5 years now, I've probably shipped 12 items or more during that period, and every time the process was flawless. Many freight forwarding companies are sketchy as anything, but Vyking Ship is a really decent company. Great value overall too. Good email communication also. Definitively recommend, probably one of the best freight forwarders in the US.

I was very nervous about using a package forwarding service, because I've read so many bad reviews of other companies. But I would totally recommend Vyking Ship. The website is easy to use and informative, live assistance is readily available. They were super efficient and fast and my package arrived very quickly.

Services are priced fairly, good shipping rates and instant support. Could not be more satisfied. Thanks guys

absolutely brilliant service, variety of shipping options

The service here is by far the best! I've used MyUS and Global Shopaholics too but their customer service is just atrocious in comparison.

The only slight negative with Vyking is that I find it not particularly intuitive to compare shipping pricing with different carriers, but the customer support is so good that they help with this anyway.

Excellent support staff. Can recommend Vyking Ship, have used it for years, and have just prepared another shipment to Europe.

This company really has an outstanding customer service. I had made a mistake at a photo request of my items and they helped me out free of charge to clarify all uncertainties at runtime. Best forwarder!
