This was my first time using a package forwarding service and I decided to try Vyking Ship after reading some reviews online. Well, I'm glad I did because their service is fantastic! They respond almost immediately if you contact them during their business hours.

I used their Purchasing Assistance Program (with very minimal fee) and I would like to thank Michael for assisting me all the way from the purchasing stage until the custom clearance process. With his help, I received my item in less than 2 weeks from the day I asked them about the Purchasing Assistance Program (I used FedEx International Economy to ship it to Europe)!

I also received 2 photos of my item and had custom declaration done for free! :)

Bad cust service with elissa!, when asking about my package i'm have been paid to service and get refunded after I'm asking with elissa about my package, because my card on my paypal account verified and remove card, I don't like linked my card on paypal account now i'm receive refunded be waiting to long time 30 days on my banks, and once again elissa very bad service ever.

I found this company buried in a sea of reviews about other companies who are in the same business. One of the comments caught my attention, namely that they are reliable and courteous.

I must say that they have exceeded my expectations and it would not be an exaggeration to say that they are the most professionally run company in the business.

They place customer relationships on the highest priority, and that is why I plan to be a loyal customer to them. They handled a complex shipping matter with grace and professionalism, to the extent I felt as if I was their most valued customer (even if it was my first shipment!) and I dismiss negative reviews found elsewhere online as either petty rivalry or unethical customers. I have found an ethical company in VykingShip and our trust is reciprocal.

Clinton at VykingShip is a thorough gentleman while Samantha handles customer service with a patience that is a rarity these days in any business.

If anyone reading this review is surprised that I am specifically naming the people there, it should, in fact, be proof of just how well the company handles customers: in a personal and courteous manner.

I highly recommend VykingShip, they genuinely care about my business and they expend their effort into delivering results to the extent that I feel I am not paying enough for the care they expend since this area is not an easy one to be in.

This is an important point: some of their competitors focus on creating a perception and pay others to promote them (or more precisely: paid advertising) but VykingShip delivers both on customer service and your precious cargo! — You cannot retain loyalty without that, let alone buy it.

Wonderful experience with them.Very helpful staff. One thing that you should note is that you need a paypal account to pay the shipping bill. Please verify it before shipping with them.

The service is great.

I had asked for assistance in shopping, so they emailed me a form which I had to fill and email back, the purchases were made and an invoice was sent via email. Make sure the email they send the invoice to is registered with PayPal - I had to figure this bit out. But after this, it was all smooth. As soon as my tracking app showed the delivered status, within an hour, I got an email from them saying that my parcel had arrived and my account summary showed two pictures of my parcel in their warehouse along with who the merchant was, days left for free storage and the dimensions and weight of the parcel.

I saw 3 circular tabs; customs, additional processing and shipping.

I filled the customs info.
I selected a number of optional extras. The price for each was written right there and all I had to do was check them. There was a section for customised instructions where I gave further instructions because there was a magnetic toy which I wanted to test for its hold. I also had a jewellery item, but I wanted to see if the design was the one I had ordered because Amazon can make mistakes and this way, with Vyking Ship, I not only got to see the design but saw the box it had come in is 'neat'.

Since I had picked expedited option, so everything was done right there and then. The person handling my parcel was online via Chat and he walked me through everything and in 56 minutes I had my tracking number with me.

I have tried a few forwarding services but have never had a 56 minutes whirlwind experience. I loved the experience :)
