Great items to help with life problems

I first became aware of Vyne when my elderly dad was sent home from hospital with a catheter in situ in March. I can’t speak highly enough of them. I phone each month to place dads prescription order and the staff who take the calls are friendly and knowledgeable and when I explained that dad preferred the flip flo to a leg bag but was having a few issues with comfort and his dexterity operating the valve, the call handler suggested a free sample of their own brand which proved much better. At times when doctors have been slow at issuing prescriptions, Vyne have overnighted products to us so we always feel safe knowing that if it’s a query or a panic, Vyne has the expertise to help. Can’t thank them enough!

I ordered some medical supplies and then later found out I could get them on prescription. I called Vyne and asked if I could return the items and get a refund. This was no problem for them. They arranged for items to be collected and refund was given as soon as Vyne received the items. Well done Vyne, a company you can trust

Easy website and delivery on time

For several months, I’ve been using Vyne to supply me with items I need for a colostomy. Following a recent order, they told me the colostomy bag that I’ve been using for several years was no longer available, and I should find an alternative. I contacted the manufacturer who informed they he had “hundreds” in stock. I conveyed this to Vyne, and “Olly” was supposed to be looking into this. He declined to call me back, but after several calls, he told an agent that he could make a special order and get me an order within a fortnight. This would have left me without any colostomy bags for a week. I’ve now moved to another supplier who have no problem with accessing the bags that I use. I am so pleased to be rid of Vyne who are a callous, uncaring organisation.

To be honest I tried to place an order on line and no password would be accepted so I rang to place the order and after quite a struggle the reciever managed to place it for me, I got it in a few days so thanks.

It's great to be able to rely on a company to dispatch and deliver an item which is needed within a few days. I've used Vyne a few times and will continue to do so.
