Order arrived in good time and impressed with the quality / feel of the towels.

Great service arrived quickly and love the towels. I'm not a fan of super soft thick towels as I can never seem to be able to get dry properly but these are great and in gym kit bag hardly take up any room. Ordered one set and liked so much bought a 2nd set immediately.

I swim, I’m weak, I find drying exhausting. I’ve tried microfibre towels - don’t work when the changing rooms are hot; regular towels - too heavy, take too long to dry; poncho style towel - too heavy and bulky.
Waffl have been great, they dry me, they are not heavy (even when wet), they aren’t bulky and they dry quickly. I now have 2 towels and one poncho. They are excellent, they don’t annoy my skin, they wash well and they are well made.

This is the second time I have purchased from this company. I love these towels, they are lightweight and absorb quickly and dry quickly. Would love more vibrant colours, the colours are a bit wishy washy. Customer service was very helpful.

I’ve purchased 2 standard towels in black for the bathroom / outdoors and one hand towel for use at the gym. They are robust and even after months of washing, are still soft and have not discoloured.

I do wish they were a little softer. It’s not unpleasant, but the texture being small raised squares is noticeable. But the real winner is how light and compact they are and how quickly they dry. It only needs a few hours. I’ll be taking one with me on an upcoming holiday and I would recommend them, but the cost is a factor that prevents me from switching out all my towels.

I didn’t have any issues with delivery. Everything arrived on time.

The website said 5 day’s delivery but I still haven’t received mine after 10+ days, I have contacted the company on email and Instagram dm, but they don’t reply.

I bought this towel hoping for a luxurious, soft experience based on all the hype, but it’s a huge disappointment. It's scratchy and uncomfortable against the skin, not at all what you'd expect from something marketed as high-end. Despite the hefty price tag, it feels cheap and doesn’t absorb water well either. Honestly, I regret the purchase and would not recommend this towel to anyone. Save your money and look for something better.
