Recently received a dog dock for our Staffy to stay safe whilst travelling in the car. Have to say that the quality of the product is excellent. After having installed the dog dock into the car our Staffy jumped straight in and made herself comfortable. On a ride today she was quite settled and there was no unnecessary movement from her as with previous bedding used.
I would recommend this product.

It was a bit of a wait for delivery but worth it! Fred loves his new travel bed and we love that he’s now very safe and comfy! And it looks so stylish - he’s now travelling first class!

The idea is great but the product is lacking. The pillows were lumpy, uneven and too soft for my girl with bad hips. It took way too many tries for them to send me a return label. I had to provide my own box since it comes vacuum sealed and impossible to get back in original box. I hope they improve on the inserts, until then its not worth it especially for big dogs.

I ordered a medium for a gift. It showed up in less than a week!! I reached out to them about the out of stock green XL. They promptly responded with info of great demand and they would let me know when the next availability. I stumbled on another opportunity to order through FB and jumped on it! It was about 1 week to arrive. I love the quality! I am a bit worried about the center pillow. It seems too fluffy or fills too much of the center if we are driving. I think I will omit it all together because my back seats have a cooled feature and my dog loves it. She wouldn't be able to enjoy it with a pillow on top. I see a great advantage to the pillow when using as a bed. It is very secure in the car! I would say the plastic hooks that attach to the U rings that allow the straps to go around the head rest and body of chair should probably be metal just my 2 cents. Over all I love this bed and feel really good about traveling with my furry best friend!

Lady loves it she is very happy and as long she is happy I’m happy it’s sturdy very well-made the only thing I would say could do with stronger zips down the sides but that’s the only slight fault I can find with it.

Kept me up to date when I pre ordered I wanted pink got told no pink I would of waited till next lot of orders… but in the end I got a pink one so I’m happy thank you so much

It is interesting to read the 1 star reviews.
In January I had some issues with an order and had doubts. I cancelled my order.
I pasted a 1star review , accurately reflecting my experience and the owner phoned me and asked me to remove the review because they were a young company and didn’t want bad reviews.
I got my refund I think on the understanding I removed the review .
I have great doubts regarding business practice and openness

The Dog bed for the car is absolutely fabulous and worth every penny and probably more. My only criticism is how long it took to arrive and that I wasn’t sure if it would. Now it’s here brilliant. this company will do well if they can improve their delivery times and their communication.

I am very pleased with my travel bed!
I had to wait due to trouble a the port so was concerned not receive my bed, there was no correspondence which would have been reassuring.
Just a suggestion that a simple instruction sheet would have been helpful

Giving one star as none not an option. Ordered on 27th April. Then followed numerous excuse emails as to why order delayed. Finally arrives 26th June whilst I am away. Opened it today. Dreadful. The insert cushions are awful and the bed looks nothing like on the website. Since receiving this order, I have been bombarded with email after email, give us a review, 20% off next order (you’ll be lucky), my instagram has been hacked (loads of those). Not a happy at all & wish I had not been swayed by the good reviews… beginning to think those are fake/friends & family. This is a lot of money for such a product. Not impressed at all

I bought two beds one double and one single for my three dogs
The quality and security of borh beds are excellent and all of the dogs seem comfortable and content. The colour blue, matches the car upolstery and they look as if they are travelling first class.The customer service has been exceptional and I thouroughly recommend this company

After a long wait due to issues abroad, we finally received our order.
I had good communication via email especially my concerns that my order may not arrive in time as I was moving house, the team worked hard getting my order out before my move date.
We tested out the travel bed on a 5 hour journey and our dog loved it, secure and safe he had the bed space in the car.
I am happy with my purchase would recommend but allow extra time for the delivery to arrive.

They don’t respond email properly. Such a poor business management

The stitching and padding quality is clear right out of the box. My dog keeps finding comfy positions on a daily basis. We’ve only had it a week but definitely worth the price.

Absolutely LOVE my Dog Dock V2’s!
Not only do they look snug n’ cosy but the quality is second to none. So much so that when I realised I’d ordered the wrong size, I jumped straight back on to Wagging Rights website and order the correct size.

Returning the DDV2’s has been made incredibly easy thanks to Max. I just emailed requesting a return and two days later I’m at my local post office dropping them off.

I would also like add that I feel that some of the negative reviews regarding delivery times are hugely unjustified.
When I ordered my DDV2’s the website and the confirmation email clearly stated that these were on a ‘preorder’ so wasn’t expecting next day delivery.

In my humble opinion, they are well worth the wait!! :)

Pre ordered two beds for a discount and they arrived on time. My dogs love them. Both dogs had a tendency to whine and cry in the car and that has reduced dramatically and they are much happier and settled. Quality is excellent and I love the safety aspects. My brother was very impressed and I believe he is also going to order two. Five stars from me.

Ordered bed but waited two weeks for a delivery date. After chasing was given a delivery date. Didn’t arrive. Chased again was informed they were over subscribed. Asked for refund - still waiting despite chasing frequently. Will be taking up with Trading Standards and my credit card company. Do not use

Alfie loves his new car seat.
We tested it out this morning & he stayed put the whole journey, instead of his usual moving around constantly.
It’s soft, yet sturdy & really gives Alfie support from every side.
We had great communication directly from Max throughout the delivery process, due to unavoidable delays at the port.
We’re very pleased with the bed & would highly recommend wagging rights.

Not only are you buying from a small business but you are getting great value and a super stylish COMFORTABLE bed for your pup! My children have been trying to steal it as is is so comfortable, thank you to Jude and the team for creating such a good value, safe comfortable bed for the puppy!
