report which helped with our buying decision.

A very thorough report received just 2 days after the survey date. Efficient and quick telephone contact to discuss relevant aspects. I could not fault it.

Prompt and excellent service from start to finish. No hassle and from one phone call everything was arranged and had a full survey report by the end of the week. Fantastic, would highly recommend.

First off the customer service that I received from the beginning was great. I paid for a valuation to be included in my Homebuyer report. Once the survey had been done, I received the report in less than 48 hours which was a really fast turn around. The report was easy to understand and therefore I have not needed to contact Walker Dunn for further explanation. For a first time buyer, Walker Dunn have made the surveying experience quite smooth for us. I would definitely recommend them.

Really happy. The survey seemed comprehensive and was sent to us the same day. They replied to all email comms very quickly and answered all my queries.

They completed the survey before the date that was said it was scheduled for the 16th of March and it was done on the 2nd of March and I received my report the day after

The report came over within 24 hours of the survey being carried out and I found it to be very thorough and easy to navigate. I had a query about the report and was promptly called by the surveyor, Rachel, who was super helpful and more than happy to answer any questions I had.
