I ordered two flannel duvet covers. As with all the duvet covers I have ordered from Wallace Cotton over the years, they are well made and were delivered quickly.
Staff at constellation drive/Rosedale are a team of gorgeous women who are not only helpful but friendly and really engaged in their customers. I love going there although it’s a bit out of my way

I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, the retail assistant instantly said I could swap the item - even being on sale. She provided help and advice at appropriate times. Wallace cotton is dear to my heart, I have shopped there since enterprise street opened. My mom adored Wallace cotton, although she passed 18 years ago, the memories are clear and lovely. The Quality has been consistent over the years, I’m still using sheets mum purchased for me.

Pretty simple really
Pretty simple really - I ordered the wrong size and returned it the following day. The next day I received an email stating it had been received and that a replacement was in process of being sent to me - I really appreciated this prompt response as the purchase was a Christmas gift for a friend. Also loved the care that had been taken in the packaging of the nightie - very professional and special!
