Very helpful staff when ordering, quick delivery. One set of tiles were out of stock but they kept in touch with updates throughout. The quality and cost of the tiles were very good. We needed to order two extra tiles after ordering short, and this was done quickly. When to two extra tiles were delivered they were both chipped but where we place them this won't be an issue, delivery was the issue not the tile company

We visited the Kettering store for wall panelling and lights. I couldn't fault the store staff on the day, very helpful and friendly, even gave us some recommendations for fitters, I give them 5 stars. However, the first issue was the deliver driver, he turned up on time and parked across the road. Whilst I was waiting for him to come to the door, I could hear a lot of banging and cursing coming from the van and thought to myself he must be having a bad day. He brought my goods to my house and didn't think anything further of it.
For personal reasons we weren't able to start our project until several months later. Upon opening the box where we should have had 4 reels of panelling lights, all that was in there was the adaptor plug, switch and driver. I called the store to explain as I thought maybe the driver found these in his van at the end of the day and there would be a note somewhere. Unfortunately this was not the case and the store were unable to assist further. Although annoying I appreciated it had been some time since we placed the order and was left with no choice but to purchase further lights, with a deliver cost.
They were delivered on time (after I had to call the store to confirm as they did not make the callback to be as promised), we put the lights up as instructed and were happy with how they looked. We went out for the day, came home and the lights had fallen out and were lying on the floor! After all the hassle we went through, we were very disappointed that we are now having to find another workaround to complete our project and wish we had used another provider for the lights rather than re-purchasing from the this store.

We ordered samples. They arrived in time for us to make a decision. We ordered the tiles, rang the company. Josh was extremely helpful with his advice & information on the delivery of the tiles. They arrived on time & were beautiful. Thank you for the quality & service provided. We cannot fault it. Will be in contact for the next project.

Fantastic as always

Walls and floors are exceptional to deal with. Samples are sent out same day or at the very least next day and arrive very quickly. The quality of everything I have ordered is excellent and again, arrived very promptly.
