Missing order and no response

I've been waiting for my order for a month and have sent numerous emails for weeks with no response. The listed phone number seems to be out of service.

I received a wallpaper mural from them three years ago and absolutely love it. I'm hoping I can still receive this new order. Any reply from them would be appreciated.

Made my day

Made my day! My parents could easy put wallpaper mural on them bedroom and looks awsome. It was easy for them gluing and overlap. So i don't understand above comments about wrong gluing.

Smoke and Mirrors Ordered a poster early May and received…

Ordered a poster early May and received nothing. Tried to communicate but silence was deafening. Have asked PayPal to step in. Have ordered poster elsewhere.
Seems to be a scam site.
1. you did not give refund. PayPal did.
2. Waiting 3 months is not me in a rush. You just don’t get the idea of customer service do you.

We are sorry for any confusion. The customer selected the photo themselves. PayPal holds 30% of revenue above a certain amount as a financial security measure, which in our case affected funds for three months. Because of this, we could not issue the refund ourselves, and the only way to safely return the full amount was for the customer to request it via PayPal. Once requested, the refund is processed according to PayPal’s system and your bank’s timing. Managing this was a significant challenge for us, but at WallsHeaven we always strive to provide a smooth and secure experience for our customers. This was never a scam, and we appreciate your understanding.

Not quite sure why you think I would order from your company ? A 60% discount is only good if the prduct arrives. Think I'll stick with companies who reply to any messages within a few days and not 3 months down the line like yourselves. Clowns.

we though we lost your order in our dashboard print list . If you order again we can send your print with pay from you only to courier

Still doesnt explain ignoring 5 messages I sent trying to contact you. This is the first Ive heard from you since I submitted the order last month. I've had my money back via Paypal - found a new site Wallsauce.com spoke to them to make sure they were nothing to do with yourselves and ordered the print. It arrived yesterday. All this in the time its taken you to send me one reply.

"If you order again we can send your print with pay from you only to courier" - If you truly believe after all this I'm going to send any more cash your way I suggest you maybe branch out into stand up comedy.

I WAS DEFRAUDED BY WALLSHEAVEN!

I ordered 14 wall murals in March of 2023 for $2,131. In early May I was told that my order was printed and would be shipped out at the end of the week and that I would receive tracking. I received nothing. I emailed the owner of the company, and he responded that PayPal had misappropriated from him my payment of $2,131, so he would not be fulfilling the order. I am processing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection against Wallsheaven for civil theft, fraud, misrepresentation and breach of contract. Please guide yourself accordingly when considering whether or not to do business with Wallsheaven.

wallsHeaven confirmed my order but…

wallsHeaven confirmed my order but never sent it. However, my credit card was charged. I tried several times to e-mail WallHeavens through their website and direct e-mail but all messages bounced back to me.
There is no phone number to call.

I REALY WANT MY ORDER SO I HOPE THIS WAY WALLSHEAVEN WILL RESPONSE WITH SHIPPING DETAILS OTHERWISE I HAVE TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND REQUEST FOR REFUND BY PAYPAL

Impossible to reach Customer Service

WallsHeaven confirmed my order but never sent it. When I checked the order status. It showed the order as unpaid. However, my credit card was charged. I tried several times to email WallHeavens through their website and all messages bounced back to me. I filed a claim to get my money back through my credit card. Previously I have never had a problem with WallHeavens.

Horrible communication - Decent Product

Canvas prints

Ordered a couple of canvas prints.

Delivery took a while, about a month from ordering. But other than that I'm very happy with them - arrived today, well packed and decent quality.

Would happily order from here again.

Would give a negative 10 if possible

Would give a negative 10 if possible. We purchased a 71 x 71 mural at $142.00. Didn't get to put up the mural right away but did inspect. Looked fine. However, when we were able to put it up there was a 3 inch portion of one panel the entire width that was obviously flawed and made it impossible to line up the mural or get the bubbles out (even with picture proof). Not only were they rude in their reply saying it was all our fault and that we improperly installed (why hadn't we watched the videos, etc.), they refused to replace or refund our money. They wanted us to believe they were being gracious by offering to give us 50% off a reprint. Why on earth would be send more money just to be given another substandard print. Also no way to contact except by email. Obviously not a reputable company. Will never purchase a thing from this company.!

Now after writing this review I am being harassed via email by these people saying they will be sending the money to the Ukraine. This company is far from reputable. Buyer beware.

Not worth dealing with Wallsheaven

When I ordered my wall mural, no where in their site did it say that if you had to return your mural, you would be sending it to the UK. The rate to return it is $85. They tell you to return it USPS which is expensive out of the country. The mural was so blurry I did not want it on my wall. Shame on them for not disclosing where you would return it to. They make it sound like they have a wonderful return experience. NOT!!!!
Then when I emailed them for a return label, they told me they would not answer any more of my emails and not to try and threaten them. WHAT?? Who runs a business like that? Terribly disappointed...

The picture is just what I ordered

The picture is just what I ordered. It came in 2 pieces and was very easy to hang. The seam is invisible to the eye unless you’re right up on the picture. The print is clear and sharp and looks amazing on the wall.

I recently purchased a mural from…

I recently purchased a mural from wallsheaven , the products are good quality and look great, the problem I got is when i purchased this , it had a London (uk) address, the purchase stated FREE prompt delivery, unknown to me this came from America. Since then I am being chased be fed ex for £101 unpaid export duty , I have contacted wallsheaven on several occasions to ask why this was not mentioned during to purchase process. I have had no reply or contact from them .
I would like to make people aware of this

To show the level of organization and efficiency I got a reply to my review 3 years later……..
Placed order paid upfront and no responses to our emails already have sent six requests. We need the order for a grand opening. Looks like we will have to do a chargeback and order elsewhere.
Question for this "company"
Why do you not respond to your customers?
Why do you think that doing business this way is ok?
Are you not concerned about your business reputation?
I suspect there will not be an answer!
3.28.2022 Update: Received order looks like good quality. While the product is good the customer service is Abysmal. Why they cannot get that part together I cannot imagine. Its obviously losing them business as people read the reviews.

THEY NEVER REPLY- Im out $200

I ordered a mural as a gift. It came incomplete(missing panel) so I had to send 5 emails to get someone to respond to fix it since they are not reachable by phone. they said they would send a replacement, but all they sent was 1 of the 4 panels!!! it is a mess! So now I have sent 5+emails every couple of days begging for help! I even offered to pay more! This was a gift for my granddaughter's wall! So now I am out $200 and what was supposed to be a special gift is not! Awful support! I am so disappointed I let myself get scammed.

Terrible customer service

Ordered my product in size specific sheet width so I was able to have it printed on one sheet but they printed it on three. The adhesive tore the paint off the wall making it unusable. Sent the company. Request for a reprint on different backing and for completely ignored.
