on your website. you give the promise to return and get refund. Nothing special on online-marketing.
I still have only one canvas from you. The other two, you didn't accept and I paid for 27EUR shipping, are floating anywhere. Don't know where.
That's my point of view.

For conclusion:
My wife ordered 3 canvas as a christmas-gift for me.
I did like only one. This happens.
I understand you, that you don't want to spend inks, wood, work ...etc. for less, but then you have to say: "Customer, take care, you have to keep, what you order. No resends, no refunds."
My opinion.

After weeks of trying to reach the company, no one responded, their 100% satisfaction and 100% returns is a lie and should not be trusted.

I have been trying to get a hold of customer service last couple of days, sent multiple emails and still have not heard anything back, Please help.... Order number (WH744880)

Placed an order in Sept 2020. still waiting as of Jan 23rd. Sent several notes to the customer department. One response in early December that it was being shipped. The status still shows it is being shipped. Sent several notes. No response. Cannot get my money back. What to do?

This has been a terrible experience. I ordered a large print for my son for Christmas. It was supposed to be a famous black and white of tire tracks on a tarmac. Instead, we received a picture of autumn leaves.

It ruined my gift for my son. Worse, however, is the fact that I have emailed wallsheaven twice and gotten no response. They do not have a phone number and they do not answer their email. AVOID them if you value your money.

Canvas Reprint:
I had been actively looking for a particular photo-canvas reproduction for over a year when lo and behold, I finally found it! I was so excited to find it that I didn’t even read reviews, I just ordered it! Good thing - because I might not have made my purchase based on many reviews of mural purchases. So be warned about that 😬
But I had an awesome experience with this company from start to finish! And a month later we’re still marveling at our new canvas that has changed the entire look of our room!

Pictures of the mural don't do it justice. I was worried about a lot of things. Delivery time was one since it was coming from overseas - it came quickly. The finish and quality were another - it was all first-rate and looks stunning.

Wallsheaven mural experience
FYI: I received my order of a mural on wallpaper from Wallsheaven in December 2020. the fedexpackage originated in Poland! who knew? the mural was in 50" wide sections which made it a two person installation job. there were no instructions included in the shipment. I requested the identity of the photographer and the location of the picture but have never received that information. the website does say that a royalty is paid to the photographer.

I found just the right pictures in the poster area. After ordering there were several email contacts informing me of shipment. Delivery was rapid.
The posters were just what I saw online. Good quality.

ordered very large format and the picture was crisp and clear. Very pleased with the product and delivery time.

Shipment of my mural was almost immediate and it arrived in appropriate packaging. A perusal of the product was undertaken and everything looked great; however, this is for a remodel project and have not yet applied to the wall. That will happen sometime down the road, but the instructions included are excellent.

Overall my order of two posters was excellently done. Image cropping was precise and correct, size was perfect, and image sharpness was superb. It would be fantastic if they could take it to the next level, custom image color enhancement. While not expecting it, I was hoping specified areas of the two images could be more closely matched in lightness/tint (they are being used in a corner of a model railroad backdrop). This would be a truly 5-star result. That said, I remain a happy customer and will be ordering from them again soon.

While I have not yet had a chance to have the three photographs mounted yet I did open and unroll them to take a look. I am pleased so far.

The product is the same as describe. Excellent quality.

I purchased a photo on 10/20/2020 and have yet to receive anything. I've also sent in SEVERAL emails to which I have yet to get a response. I even wrote two messages on FB and have yet to get a response there either. It's been over a month and no clue as to what is happening or how much longer the wait will even be. Plus, there isn't a number to contact them, just an email address that never gets a response.

The resolution of the picture on the wall paper is not as good as we expected it to be. Therefore we will not use it.
A waste of money thus.

We ordered one of the offered murals in late September and it arrived in just over two weeks. Packaging was done very professional and it arrived with no defects. Applying was very straightforward. We are enjoying the wall view...thanks for a superb job on the mural!

My wall mural was perfect. The quality was great. My measurements were correct. I had to purchas6some wall paper adhesive, as water alone was not doing to job. Over all I sm extremely satisfied with my wall mural. I will certainly purchase again.
