Terrible. Awful. Waited 1 month only to find out my item was backordered. No phone number on site. Emails go unresponded. It was only when I threatened a charge back until they finally wrote back and said my item was backordered. They couldn't have just told me that up front. This is a scam merchant. DO NOT USE THEM.

Good product, poor instructions
The instructions were inconsistent with the materials provided. The written instructions referred us to a video. The video stated a tray would be provided for wetting the paper but none was. The video stated the wallpaper would have markings indicating where to overlap but there were none. The video stated the package would include individualized instructions for our particular size and shape but there were none. So we did the best we could and it took a couple hours to get it right. The end product looked great the next day, though.

Better Than Expected
Arrived much faster than expected, is great quality, and was much easier to install than I expected on a 10.5ft high accent wall! Definitely will use again.
Not happy with the after service

No after sales service at all
Having spent in excess of £1000 on a wallpaper mural, it arrived damaged. I emailed the company who didn't reply. I then emailed them again and again no response. Happy to take significant sums off customers but not willing to even reply when there's a problem. I will never use again and suggested no one else does.

Beware of bad quality, false advertising and horrendous customer service.
I would avoid using this company as the customer experience is terrible. I have contacted the company through their website and two social media accounts and they took up to 6 messages on each to get a response. My request for help on the quality, fitting and design was met with aggression and defensive language. There was no support at all.
Please read the reviews on this company before ordering as I have experienced a very expensive damaged and miss-advertised product of which WallsHeaven have no intention of helping to solve.
Please do not respond with 0.0033333% of orders have complaints as this is clearly inaccurate when 53% of the reviews on TrustPilot are 1 Star!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star! I received a faulty wall mural for which I paid £580 and I’ve emailed them several times, messaged them on different social media platforms and I had absolutely no response ! It was an absolute rip off and the quality of the print is absolutely terrible!
Saying that, I’m not gonna rest until I get my money back! What an absolute SCAM! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!

Good prints, Poor customer service and other problems
I found this site hoping to find a good experience and quality prints with a great selection of images to choose from. I saw some not so great reviews online, but still wanted to take a chance.
We received our wall mural in good time and there wasn't any damage from what I could tell. I did take a look at one of the rolls and found the print of good quality; however, I had to delay putting up the mural as our firstborn came along. It was a few months later that I then tried to put up the mural, and that's where the problems began.
The instructional video and the text instructions in the email I received didn't line up. In addition, the video explain instructions that "fit your product" would be included this was not the case. There were suppose to be guidelines printed on the mural to help line things up, this was not the case. Even still, I was able to figure it out the instructions. I had ordered the Ultra Matte version, more so that I could just dip the roll in the water and then stick it to the wall. I proceeded just like in the video/instructions, but to no avail. Nothing stuck. I tried a different roll just to see if it was a one off. Same thing. The back didn't seem to adhesive at all. It seems I was sent the base latex version which requires wall glue. In addition, the water has caused a bit of damage since I was sent the wrong product with the wrong instructions.
I have tried over the past month to get a response from the customer service, but have gotten nothing. Not even a confirmation that my request was received. I really just want a partial refund since I was given the wrong type. I can deal with the wall glue even though that isn't what I ordered.
Due to these problems, they lose three stars on my review. Two stars are kept as the prints are actually good quality, but it isn't worth to deal with the headache of this company. For future buyers, look elsewhere and don't make the same mistake I did.

Minus 10 customer service
Purchased a print,AUD$165, Sent via FedEx.
Upon inspection found travel tube crushed , removed print with difficulty, found print crushed, opened the print out and found damage to the print. Immediately sent email to customer service, rate -10, no reply, sent another email. Still NO REPLY.
Will never again buy from WALLSHEAVEN ".

That is great you are trying to improve doesn't help my situation though! If you gave me new panel or some $ back that would have helped! However you've do nothing to retify my situation. If what you say is true then you should try and help customers that bought your product, send me refund or a new mural. Why would anyone believe you are working in improvements!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY
If there was a way to rate with less than one star I would. Horrible experience from the start. STAY AWAY from this company. They do not provide a phone number to contact. The only way is to send them a email, which they never respond. I paid $800 for my wallpaper, one of the panels came in a total different color. It has been over three months since my order and they keep ignoring me. I sincerely regret ordering from them.

Worse customer service EVER!!!
I ordered a wallpaper from Wallsheaven back 2 months ago and haven't received the paper yet. Tried contacting the vendor multiple times without success.
They charged me over $600 and I can't get to know status on this shipment and Fedex says they couldn't deliver the shipment.

Ultra bad sevice!
Delivery of our photo wallpaper came quickly and without damage. However, we still could NOT apply them because there are NO instructions - or 3 that contradict each other. Also on the third EMail there was NO answer from the service of WallsHeaven so far. Ultra bad service!!!
The mural is AWESOME
The mural is AWESOME! So beautiful! It was printed and ready to ship in just a couple days. However, it didn’t ship for a couple weeks. That was the only issue. It was worth the wait, but the delay didn’t help with the timeframe for the project I was working on for my client. But I love that I could customize the size. I will certainly use Walls Heaven in the future.
poor customer service
I ordered a print of animals which lists the parts of each animal in a red and white print. I needed a large print and therefore paid almost £200. I used it on the wall in my shop. After putting it onto the wall I realized that there was a large printing error which appeared twice in the print I had ordered, which is very obvious and has been pointed out many times by my customers. I could not return it as it had been stuck onto the wall. I have contacted Wallshaven about this error 4 times via email over the last month and have received no response whatsoever. so with this in mind I had to leave a poor review as I feel this is an accurate representation of the service I have received. Edit- this was a print off their website not a personalised order. The chicken on it clearly has its tail labelled as its neck and vice versa in 15cm high letters.
