great website, I have been a member for 8 years, also bought some online courses. Overall, the website is still the No.1 site for wall street professionals, if you need any information related to investment banking, private equity, equity research, hedge fund, consulting etc, this is the place for you. Their also offer online courses and 1-on-1 consultings.

The financial modeling program is a good preparation course for excel, financial modeling beginners. I learned some useful excel and financial modeling skills outside of work.

I once had an issue with my filter for geography in the IB forum. I submitted my issue and the team responded instantly to help fix the issue. I was impressed with the professionalism and promptness.

This is a great site with lots of knowledge and helpful members from the finance world.

Improvements:
-There can be some pretty bro-esque posts. The mods should work with the OPs to make their posts more appropriate.
-I made a post several years ago, and even though I rarely use the site, occasionally that post receives monkey poop. I don't want to receive an email about a post I made 4+ years ago because I don't care.

Best part has been the slow improvement of the mobile app. I don’t use WSO on laptop/desktop, so I appreciate any and all improvements to the mobile app

great forum for career advice on finance, news, investing discussions, and fun with people all across the finance community. People regularly give back to the community with AMAs, or offer honest and insightful comments on which career pathway to take. the search function could be improved but overall there's a lot of content that's beneficial for anyone interested in advancing their careers in finance and the capital markets

WSO is a truly wonderful tool. It guided me when I started my finance journey, aided me in the process of finding internships, and even helped with landing my full time IB role. It was great tool that I wish I knew about in highschool, as the information is so vast. Even now, I still use it for forums and entertainment purposes. Love what you guys are doing, keep it up.

WSO was a huge help to me when i was recruiting for my summer analyst position. It gave info on the industry, various firms, and the lifestyle which I couldn’t find anywhere else on the internet.

WSO is a very helpful sight for anyone looking to pursue a career in finance. The threads can get a little ridiculous, but overall, it's helpful. Even as someone with 13 years of experience, I find myself still checking in from time to time. Sometimes for actual research, sometimes for a good laugh.

Best site for finance info because of large community, but dominance of undergrads and interns leads to some misinformation. Just listen to the endorsed contributors and it's a great resource.
