Walsh's were very professional throughout my dealings with them during the ordering, delivery and fixing of a replacement family memorial following the death of my late Aunt. The prices were very fair and they were extremely knowledgeable and offered advice on how best to proceed, answering my many questions with courtesy and professionalism. Thoroughly recommended.

At an extremely sad time for our family I cannot recommend Walsh funeral services enough. All the staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful, special thanks to Harriet and Marie.

From the moment we stepped into Walsh funeral home we was made to feel so welcome. There was no rush indeciding the memorial stone we wanted to get for mom. There was a endless choice of headstones and designs we could choose from. The staff was really supportive and friendly and there professionalism is outstanding, they kept me informed all the way through the process and I can honestly say I would definitely use this company again. The team at Walsh's were very kind and compassionate and so helpful as this was the first time I had to arrange a memorial stone. The quality of service was excellent and I would recommend them.

From the very moment Walsh Funeral Directors answered my call, I was greeted with such genuine compassion, empathy and kindness that they made an incredibly difficult time feel so much more manageable. Every detail was handled with such thoughtfulness and care that I knew my mother was in the safest hands.
Tracy was always so helpful and prompt in every communication. She guided us through all the details of the arrangements, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her reassurance and efficiency made such a difference during an emotional and overwhelming time.
On the day of the funeral, six truly special ladies looked after us. They were calm, warm and attentive, helping us create a beautiful and dignified farewell for a much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Their kindness, from the very first minute right through to the end of the day, meant more than words can say. They helped us create positive memories that will stay with our family for many years to come, and I just want them to know how deeply appreciated they are.
I would also like to thank Warren and the staff at Rycroft Cemetery. The grave was in a muddy and difficult area to access, but they had carefully worked out the best route and had the grave prepared and set beautifully. Their professionalism and consideration did not go unnoticed.

Millie arranged my brothers funeral for us and from start to finish was perfect, we were dealt with professionally, kindly and sympathetically. Nothing was too much trouble and the day went better than we could of hoped for Thankyou Walsh funeral directors

I would highly recommend these wonderful ladies. Nicola who saw me was wonderful. She was kind sympathetic and made the whole process easy . There was no rush, I could take my time. I was able to choose a beautiful package ' Starling' I believe. I was obviously worried about the cost but I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to order my flowers as part of the package, which were stunning. At the end of the service I got to release a dove which was lovely. My husband was cremated, so I decided to have a ring made from some of his ashes to remember him. I also received a beautiful glass rose as a keepsake.They also offer to have made a memory bear made from your loved ones clothes ( which I shall be doing ). I can't thank these wonderful people enough for making my husbands send off beautiful and sympathetic. Thanks again to you and God Bless .

Could not ask for anything else, and managed to get it all done for Christmas. Which ment a lot because my family loved Christmas and makes me feel happy that we all got it done in time.

Jessica conducted our initial meeting which was handled very compassionately. Jessica is a true professional and instantly put us at ease, we had complete confidence in her.
The day of the funeral came and everything went perfectly. The team from Walsh's were quietly and confidently carrying out the process seamlessly all around us. They knew when to speak to us, when to offer help, when to pause, we honestly couldn't have asked for a better send off for our mom.
By the end of the funeral they began to feel like our family. Even after the funeral Jessica has checked in to see how we're all doing and to offer help with the next phase.

From the moment I walked into Walsh Memorials in West Bromwich I realised we was going to be treated with the utmost respect and kindness the staff, Carol Phillips who helped us choose a memorial for our Mom was very helpful and friendly they kept me up to date with all that was happening and the memorial was fixed in place sooner than anticipated, when we saw it we was overcome with emotion, it was beautiful. The craftsmanship on the headstone was outstanding and was carried out exactly as we requested.

We cannot recommend Walsh Funeral services enough. When our daughter passed away suddenly, we contacted Walsh to arrange her funeral. Jess was brilliant from the start, advising what they could do for us and was brilliant at advising and helping with the arrangements, to being there on the day as part of the team. Tracey who led the procession on the day, could not have been any better. The route taken passed my daughters workplace where they stopped for a minute to allow her co-workers tp pay their respects. Such a moving touch. At the crematorium, all the ladies were fantastic and I could not fault then at all. Made us feel as comfortable as they could and were great with all the funeral party. Highly recommended.
