When our baby was born sleeping our world was shattered, we had never had to plan or even think about planning a funeral. Jessica was amazing and guided us through everything. She has been so helpful, patient and understanding, never rushing us for an answer and doing everything possible to make such an awful time as simple as possible for us.
I couldn’t recommend Walsh’s more.

The ladies didn’t just care for my dad they cared for the whole family, from the first meeting to goodbye at the funeral Walsh were amazing, caring and professional. they went above and beyond, nothing was to big of a question they made things happen. Thank You.

I just want to say a massive Thankyou to Jacob and the team for looking after my late husband.

It was important to us as a family that we choose the right person to support us a family with having a special need’s child and look after there dad.
We found Jacob on TikTok and we stalked him for a while back at the beginning but I wasn’t ready to have the conversation.
When the time came to have the conversation Jacob was easy to talk to, honest and had the compassion and the family values that we wanted. He was great with the kids and answered any questions that they had honestly. My husband was keen to have all his ducks in a row to take away the stress from me when the time comes. When that time did come Jacob kept his promise and traveled over a hour, with a hole in his back after a operation to support us, as a family we didn’t feel no pressure from the team to move Chris, it was all on our terms from the moment Chris passed away, it was nice that kept it relaxed.
I honestly can’t thankyou enough the compassion you have shown us from the start and even now after my husband has being cremated.
You’ve made that much of an impact on that we have friends who have taken your details so you and your team can look after them.

From the moment I walked into Walsh memorials in Great Wyrley I realised I was going to be treated with the utmost respect and kindness the lady called Jaycee who helped me chose a memorial for my husband was very helpful and friendly she kept me up to date with all that was happening and got the memorial fixed in place sooner than anticipated when I saw it I was overcome with emotion it was beautiful I just had to ring them and thank them would recommend to anyone

I received a first class service from start to completion at the Bloxwich Branch, from staff that genuinely care. Communication was brilliant and when I visited them, I came out feeling like a load had been lifted from my shoulders, I knew I was in safe hands. The craftsmanship on the headstone was outstanding and was carried out exactly as I requested. An honest, genuine, caring company, I am so glad I chose them.

The care compassion and service we received as a family on the sad loss of our Dad (Joe Ryan) was amazing. To all the staff at Walsh Funerals & Memorials we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We happened upon Walsh Funerals & Memorials when looking for a headstone for a family grave. Our search before then had found that there are too many companies that give you a brochure or tell you to look online to make a choice before ordering.
We believed mum and dad deserved better than that.
With Walsh's we got the service you would expect to get when choosing a suitable headstone for a loved one.
From the very start of the process to having the stone put in place, we were treated with respect and kept informed every step of the way. Everyone we have dealt with at Walsh's has been genuinely personable, whilst also being professional- a rarity in today's modern world.

The ladies were very kind and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble and attention to detail was excellent. I felt that I was being looked after by a friend.

Received great service from Megan, made it so easy to place the order.
Very happy with the end results had to make a little change but this was corrected with no problem at all. Kept me updated throughout the order and sent me photos. These times are so difficult, and heartbreaking and you need to make sure you get things correctly. Megan helped take some of the stress away and I can’t thank the company enough.
