Andy and all the staff at Walter’s made the whole process so much easier from start to finish ,
We felt that they really cared and that’s all we could ask for

My mom passed away on 30th August but had already booked her funeral in 2009 so everything was already in place apart from a few little touches . Paige helped us put those special touches in place she was marvellous lovely to talk to anything to help.
Our moms funeral was 24th sept and the horse and carriage was magnificent and the bearers from Walters respected her beautifully thank you to you all she would have been so proud , I can’t thank you enough on behalf of all the family x.

As a family we have been using A&A Walters since the 1960s and although we are no longer particularly local it was my mum Brenda's express wish that they would act on her behalf and we were not disappointed.
At such a difficult time it is a great help to have such an excellent company to guide you through.
Stacey was thorough and professional but at the same time friendly and reassuring and made the whole experience less daunting.
On the day of the funeral Dave was a huge support and struck just the right tone of dignity and respect.
We will always be grateful to A&A Walters for making such a sad time a little easier and we would thoroughly recommend them.

We had used A&A Walters Funeral Directors for my father's funeral 10 years ago and so did not hesitate to use them again for my mother's (Judith Dunn) as their service was excellent. Karen couldn't have been more thoughtful and accommodating in helping me arrange a Celebration of Life for my dear Godmother. It was everything I wanted it to be for her and I couldn't have arranged it without Karen's guidance, help, experience and reminders. Everything was done with thought and professionalism. From the very first phone call to start making arrangements, A&A Walters were there to support, guide and just be there for us during our incredible painful time for the passing of my wife Karen Smith. Th funeral arranger Karen, showed great empathy, and allowed us time to make decisions that we were not ready to make. Karen also made our Order of Service bespoke to our requirements and it was thanks to her, that Kaz was given the perfect send off. The funeral conductor on the day was also amazing, and showed Kaz, my family and I the most upmost and greatest of respect. Thank you all. I would absolutely recommend A&A Walters if you are ever in our unfortunate situation.
