Went there today sales person very helpful and accommodating went out of her way to assist but didn't get full attention as some wide boys were buying a yellow st and they seemed to get the most attention.ended up not buying after getting home and doing an MOT check and found out the car was a rotbox.so my advice is to check first before you buy I nearly got burnt and glad I didn't go through with it.their cars do look good but don't judge a book by it's cover.i have paid much less for cars in better nick

Had my car MOT’d last week at Walter’s Motor Group LODDON. Very easy & slick booking process. Greeting when car dropped off was very friendly.
Felt I was being very well looked after.
Would certainly recommend them above other MOT stations in area.

5 star all the way would happily recommend to anyone. Quick and informative service. My salesman kept my updated as they gave the car a thorough check before I drove it away. Car was immaculate and with an unlimited mileage 3 month warranty as standard. Could not praise this company highly enough

I thought i'd update this to further add to my woes in this car purchase.

Evolution Warranties... This is who the warranty goes through, look them up, they're terrible! and yes, they've now gone into administration, replaced with THE SAME PEOPLE!!! they've renamed themselves, but the people behind it are the same. Simply put, but your warranty elsewhere.

Frankly poor.
Now as with any car dealership, it's incredibly easy when things go well. Where they earn their reputation is when things go wrong.

I bought a 2008 BMW X5 with 148,000 miles. Now, knowing this was high mileage I also purchased their 2 year warranty to ensure I was safe for the next couple of year. Or at least I thought.

within a few months I'd noticed alot of smoke on the start, went to explore the possibilities and 3 glow plugs showing as faulty on diagnostic. Not covered on warranty.

The car is now stuck on my driveway because the handbrake has seized in the secured position, so i'll now need another repair.

Now I purchased the car for £5,250 just before xmas. I suggested I sell it back as it's not what I expected. Offer - £2,250. Now I appreciate dealerships need to make profit, however they also need to sell suitable vehicles. This car should've been a non warranty no guarantee type of car.

I feel misled, I feel ripped off and I've absolutely learned my lesson about dealing with Walters cars.

I've now leased a new vehicle and would tell absolutely anyone who asks not to deal with Walters unless they're absolutely sure of the vehicle because I simply feel like I've been missold a banger under the premise that the warranty would keep me safe during the next couple of years.

The only reason I'm giving two stars over 1 is because the sales person was pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic service from Debbie at Walter’s group. Kept me updated on when the car would be ready for collection and it was looking great on collection. Will definitely recommend and be back again.

Would highly recommend and will be returning when needing an upgrade . Fantastic communication and very friendly . When i went to collect my car Debbie spent time answering all my questions and didn't rush me when getting use to the car .

Brought a trade in car was fine for four days now need rear brakes pad pad as worn down to metal and grinding may need discs as well all in all a poor experience

I had been looking for a automatic Renault Kadjar for some time. And I found one at Walters Motors on line. I made the phone call to find out more, the call was answered by a young lady by the name of Debbie. From that call onwards she was the most helpful person both on the phone and in person. She looked after us from start to finish withe best 5 star service. I would recommend any one who wishes to purchase a motor to give here a call

I bought a van from Walters Motor Group back in February 2026, seemed happy with it for a short period, then after I had it inspected my mechanic found all sorts of problems with it, I called Walters and spoke to a man by the name of Andrew he was very abrupt and rude, after that I decided to get my own mechanic to deal with the problems. Walters told me the cam belt was fine, my mechanic said there was no evidence that they had even checked it, then he discovered it needed replacing, I’ve had on going problems with the van, I’ve had to spend another £2000 to put things right. All I can say is think twice before buying any van from this company. And they don’t like to help on after sales if they can get out of it. Terrible company. Would never think about buying a van from this company, don’t be caught like me stay well away, that’s good honest advice.
