MAZDA Cx-5 fast, efficient and friendly can't fault the sale. Just a bit scary parting with so much cash, but if you do the right checks, you will see there is nothing to fear, but please do your checks correctly, don't skip any it's important. Car is fantastic.

Bought an Audi Q7 from these people during the covid time, car was viewed online and as it was a decent price and the spec I was looking for I reserved online straight away, there were a few hiccups along the way regarding the car not being taken off sale even though they had my reservation deposit. This was eventually rectified. They put the car through an MOT sent a video walk around highlighting one small issue on the bodywork which I accepted.

They waited for a rear light to arrive which needed changing after their inspection of the car, I advised I wanted the car by the end of that week as it was already three weeks from the point I paid a deposit, the car was delivered on the day we agreed.

Upon receiving the car there were a few more body marks than the video highlighted, some light scratches which are expected as it’s not a new car but some that should of been pointed out I think.

I quickly noticed the battery was failing and contacted them, after a few weeks of them somewhat messing around they finally agreed to buy a genuine Audi battery if I fitted it, the car needed a genuine battery as it required to be coded to the car, this I feel was only agreed as I threatened to return the car for a full refund.

A few other issues have come to light that with the vehicle, the front discs have a vibration and are clearly slightly warped, these need changing and are not cheap, the air con has a faulty flap motor as the rear air con on the drivers side blows hot when the rear of the car is fine, this is a dash out job to sort so not happy this was not noticed, in fact one part of the actual heater vent was complete missing so you couldn’t even shut off the hot air in these current hot temperatures we are having.

Would I buy a car from them again? If I were local to them and could properly inspect them maybe, a distance sale relying on them to check the car thoroughly and be honest no.
