This company, having registered itself as my husband's nominee with HMRC without his knowledge or authority, and taken 50% of a refund due to him, now has got Trustpilot to ask for a claim number or reference number, which if we do not provide it, Trustpilot will delete our review. Very clever. As we didn't ever contact them, we can't provide this information, so they can now get our bad review removed. We have reported them to both Action Fraud and HMRC, but still they abuse the systems to make money out of innocent taxpayers.

They dealt with my claim very quickly and efficiently. I was worried about reaching out but no answered then a lady reached out next day and fixed everything.

They helped me get my cheque back and everything was done very quickly. They were very helpful and everything was done quickly. I would definitely reccommend.

Received 1st cheque on time within 14 days that was in April I still have another 3 to receive and when I started to bombard them with messages via messenger they called me on 18th July stating she had been on holiday and would deal with my claim. I knew they took their cut but 4 months they have got peoples money and gathered interest. Even today I received a message asking if they could call me -my reply yes but still no call. My advice is contact HMRC yourself

This company is a scammer they advertise like inland revenue tax rebates offering to check if your entitled to tax rebate then claim your tax rebate charge you 42%of you rebate funds dont send your remainder of monies no contact number when i threaten them legal action told me my cheque was in the post will arrive in next 14 days its Waltonbridge LTD better off going direct to tax office

We have just reported this company to Action Fraud and there is a crime number. Without his knowledge they appointed themselves my husband's nominee with HMRC, providing a signature, in April. We don't know whose signature as we had never heard of them until today (24th July) when we received a letter from HMRC stating that a repayment of tax due to him has been sent to them. There is no telephone number or email to contact them. They are not to be trusted!

Only concern is a lack of phone number, but once in communication with you they do respond, they have advised they have sent my cheque, so will it or will in not arrive …. By reading reviews below I am not holding out any hope !!

Still ignoring me!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR CHEQUES FROM HMRC.. THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THEY HAVE THEM.. REPORTED!!!!

Just reported this company to action fraud they had a payment on my name refunded from hmrc in April and still not received. Hmrc operator confirmed I should have had payment by now, even with the bank holiday delays taken into account. If your in the same situation keep all letters and contact action fraud. Next will be claims court.

Recieved a letter 2 weeks ago from HMRC telling me I had a PPI tax rebate that was sent to Waltonbribge, this morning I spoke to a very helpful lady who assured me my payment would be in my bank by 4pm today. Quality service

Thank you for my cheque, I was completely unaware i was owed anything until I filled in the online webform. I will put my refund to good use :)
