The prices through games workshop maybe a little higher than going through some of the discount retailers but never once has anything I have ordered has been damaged they they all game in perfect condition. I did receive one item a wave serpent that was missing a window I had told them about through customer service and they sent not just the missing cockpit window but full wave serpent kit I was only expecting the window that was such astounding customer service I really can't complain about the higher prices because it comes with the guarantee that your items are covered and that's great business

I don't use the webstore often, but when I have done,it's been quick and easy to navigate.

Bad customer service, unless it is in their favour. Had a kit come with missing parts. Unfortunately i bought it from a third party retailer. GW politely told me they did not care. Million pound company does not own their own manufacturing errors. Funnily enough a few months back they did a mistake in my favour through their website. I went out of my way to make sure they received what they were due. That lesson is well learned and surely will not be extending any goodwill towards them ever again.

Product is routinely removed from the shopping cart after it is selected. This causes the payment to authorize and then the order is cancelled. Your payment method doesn't clear the authorization for days and you don't get the product you ordered.

On my first order my starter minis arrived a lot earlier than I expected which was very exiting for me now am not expecting it to be fast but cant wait to paint this badass monster sorry for any bad language am just so excited to expand my small tyranids swarm with some strong boys.

I had an issue with a recent order, and they responded promptly to fully resolve. Everyone was polite and very helpful.

10/10 would all of my money again, I wish I was kidding
