Great and quick service! 3 days to send to Iceland, amazing.

I have just bought two radiators and associated valves/sleeving kits from Warmrooms, and could not be happier with this, my first purchase from the company. The website is well-designed and easy to use - with a super selection of products - and Brian was incredibly helpful and responsive both on the phone and by email, double-checking to ensure I was ordering the right things! I had found myself ordering in a bit of a hurry, as we hadn't realised we needed the radiators quite so soon, but he contacted the suppliers to arrange a slightly earlier delivery than might otherwise have occurred, and everything arrived well packaged and on time.
This has been a genuinely pleasurable experience, and I am sure we will return - thank you Brian and Warmrooms!

I want to say a big thank you to Warm Rooms for their help and guidance in fitting my home with a beautiful radiator that keeps my home cosy and looks great too. The service and advice were excellent from start to finish.

Brilliant Customer Service.

We came across 'Warm Rooms website' whilst looking for someone in the south west that would be able to supply us with an Eskimo Column radiator.

Brian has been very helpful from my first phone call to him in March - even providing photographs of an eskimo column radiator in the showroom so we could see the colour (without having to make a 3hr round trip). We placed our order for the radiator with him and subsequently the valves (again, he gave us honest feedback of value colours that may / may not work).
Our Eskimo column radiator (Fronze) and Zehnder Valve Set (Nickel Nero) is now installed (Kitchen/Utility refurb) and we are really pleased with our choice (just need to wait for winter now to get the benefit of it).

Many thanks to Brian - he is the most helpful person we have come across for a very long time (especially as we've not been to the showroom yet). We will be using him again next time we need a radiator.

Having spent ages looking for a radiator and towel warmer on-line, we decided on the spur of the moment to call in to the Warmer Rooms showroom. We were welcomed by Brian who quicly understood our requirements and steered us to products that we would not have found on our website reseaching. The product arrived on time and we are very pleased with them. We would throughly recommend visiting the showroom. Brian responded to question day and night. Excellent and friendly service

Item as described at a reasonable price. Good support when I needed to add something extra to an existing order.

Warm Rooms was recommended to me by a radiator manufacture. From the moment I went to the showroom, Brian was extremely helpful. He listened to my ideas and steered me in the right direction. The welcome was unsurprisingly warm and the product was delivered on time and as ordered. I've used them on two large refurbishment projects in the East Midlands (2023) and the South West (2025).

Warm Rooms is a great Company to deal with, their customer service is second to none and their products arrive on time.

I found this company's attitude to me, a customer, excellent.

I had lots of issues with a company called Terma Heating Products, which they tried to overcome having supplied the product in question, ultimately failing because of Terma's ridiculous returns process and policy. (See my review for Terma Heating Products - but ignore their propaganda!)

Both Jo and Brian stayed in touch with me as we trawled the stygian depths and Terma's returns policy - which, BTW, - is nonsense.

So, highly recommended. This is the way customers should be treated.

Plumbers let me down with new radiator valves. Contacted Warmrooms late on Friday afternoon. Fabulous service, very helpful. Got the order placed over the phone minutes before shipping deadline after they were very helpful in finding an alternative set of thermostatic valves. They then proceeded the order and called me back to take payment. Was expecting delivery on The Monday but the valves were with me the next day.

Not fitted them yet but great setvice. Would recommend.

Well I paid for 2 rads and 2 sets of valves on the 4th March never heard a thing so today I telephoned them to be told we are still checking if we have the items! So they are selling goods they dont have on the internet and you get a no reply email! Return my money REPLY

A minor issue with delivery was sorted promptly and efficiently.
The plinth heater I bought was good quality.
I would use again.

Wide range of items at reasonable prices, bought one designer radiator, due for delivery on Tuesday, they gave plenty of warning that the courier was unable to deliver until Wednesday. Radiator as described, arrived well packed and undamaged, one quibble the raw plugs were not very good, used my own. Overall very pleased with item and service. Will use again.

Amazingly helpful guy quite happy for me to contact his mobile over the weekend when i had little time to source an aluminium radiator. He made it so easy to find the right size and actually calculated the btu from a chart as there was no actual info.

Then he managed to get it delivered on time even when i had missed the delivery company's email. Amazing.

Atrocious customer service. Supplied us with faulty radiators which incurred extra expense for my husband and I. We asked for something towards these costs and they will not help. Told us to look at their t&cs,

When I built my house I purchased some towel radiators from Warmrooms.co.uk.
I had some issues fitting them due to poor threads being cut in the radiators etc but we got around those problems.
I spent over £800-00 in total and now the chrome radiators have started to rust from the outside!!!
I dread to think what they are like inside.
I have complained and I have been told that the radiators are out of their 5 year warranty (by days).
Poor products, poor customer service as communication has been shocking and just a poor company.
I would not buy anything from them again, ever.
