When our van broke down, the support provided by Jess and Ben of Hendy Motors and Tara of Warranty Administration Services Ltd was second to none. We have also been pleasantly surprised by the immediate repayment of the costs we incurred. Breakdowns happen so we're very pleased we bought from Hendy as their warranty and back-up is genuine!!!!

As it was a car warranty claim, most people would expect a frustrating uphill battle, but my experience was nothing of the sort. The people I spoke to at Warranty Administration Services were helpful and friendly, and they moved everything along quickly. It culminated in my claim being accepted, so it was a positive in every respect.

Tara made the experience easy and stress free. Everything was responded to asap which was so helpful. Thank you once again.

Tara was very professional with the way she handled my claim for which I was most grateful, I would definitely recommend this company.

I've always used manufacturer branded warranties in the past and was nervous about whether this one - sold under a dealer group name -was actually worth anything given that the brand of car was not covered in the group. In the end the service offered was friendly and efficient, and Tara was great to deal with, so it's great to know I'm actually covered!

In a sea of mediocre customer service elsewhere, Tara was a breath of fresh air. She knows what's she's doing, is business like, wants to help and is very efficient. Having bought an expensive car with extended warranty, the last thing I expected was to actually call upon the warranty within 12 months of purchase. Tara made the experience far less painful than it could have been. Well done!

I purchased a used car from a dealership that came with a 1 year warranty provided by WAS. Within the first few days, an issue came to light that needed a repair. Throughout the process of getting this resolved, Tara from WAS has been invaluable, from initially contacting the dealer, to chasing them for reimbursement, she has been proactive, and professional at every step.
I am very happy with the level of service WAS provide, in particular they provide one point of contact, who really does work for your benefit, and ensures everything is resolved to your satisfaction. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
