Warranty is a scam.

1.Tells me my ebay purchased is not in working order.
-submitted picture of it in working order.
-Passed all warrantylife App tests.
2. Tells me breaking my item just after purchasing the warranty is void. No where in warranty terms is there a waiting period to use warranty. Also, people crash cars after purchasing it. No correlation into asking for agreed upon services.
JUST DON'T BUY anything from this company. Does not reply to BBB complaints.

WarrantyLife Failed Me

WarrantyLife Failed Me: A Cautionary Tale

When I purchased my Samsung Fold4, I took extra precautions by investing in a protection plan from WarrantyLife. They promised coverage for failure and accidental damage, ensuring peace of mind for my expensive new device. The Fold4, with its advanced foldable display, is a beautiful piece of tech—but also notoriously fragile. So, naturally, I expected that if something went wrong, WarrantyLife would honor their policy.

Unfortunately, my experience was anything but reassuring.

Months into owning the phone, the display began to fail. Within the coverage period and with all necessary documents in hand, I filed a claim. I thought this would be a smooth process, especially considering their promises. What I didn’t expect was the uphill battle I would face. WarrantyLife refused to repair the display, citing a change in their policy (see full text of their refusal)

Warranty Life

It seems like since I bought the policy September 26 2023 and have faithfully paid the premium see payment history below that they would at least have informed me and at best stopped taking my money.

WarrantyLife, a company I had trusted to protect my investment, left me hanging. My phone remained broken, and I was out of pocket for the repair costs.

For anyone considering a plan from WarrantyLife, I urge you to reconsider. Their so-called coverage is nothing more than a hollow promise. Protect yourself by choosing a company that stands by their word—not one that abandons their customers when they need help the most.

I bought a 5-year full warranty for my power generator. It failed in the 3rd year completely and was unrepairable. WarrantyLife took the time to research my product, and agreed with the prognosis, and paid me back for the original cost. I'm completely sold on this company. I will use them again for other products too.

Communication was amazing! There were no problems in getting my claim submitted and approved. Above all, I received more than what was originally given for my reimbursement on the repair of my Samsung Note 10!

Agreement Fulfilled

Excellent communication throughout the process. I received several emails instructing me on what steps I needed to take to file my claim. Don't expect your claim to be resolved overnight, but Warranty Life pays the value of your claim as outlined in your agreement. I would not hesitate to purchase another warranty from Warranty Life. The prices are very competitive and the service works.

***ZERO STARS*** SCAMMERS STAY AWAY

***ZERO STARS*** SCAMMERS STAY AWAY - DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY OR A PRODUCT THAT OFFERS THEIR WARRANTY!!!
This company is a total crock of crap. I purchased a KEY liquid screen protector, and it came with a 1 yr $200 GUARANTEED WARRANTY from Warranty Life. Went through and did all of the registration and tests properly and got a confirmation of warranty certificate to Jan of 2024. 7 months in, I need to file a claim, and they refuse to pay, stating they no longer offer the product that I HAVE A WARRANTY CERTIFICATE CONFRIMED FOR.

All good till you try to cancel

Tried to cancel my warranty as I changed my phone. After a few rounds of correspondence, got email confirmation that it was canceled. However, rhey kept charging the credit card and would no longer respond to emails or messages through their web site. I had to contact the credit card provider to be reimbursed.

I signed up just last month and then…

I signed up just last month and then dropped my phone and cracked my screen. I reported my claim but they were closed, they responded the very next day. The process was quicker then expected (from drop to reimbursement about 2 weeks) and they were great about anwsering my emails. It would be better if they could pay the repair facility's directly so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement, that's the only downside, they also dont pay the taxes and theres the deductible. Either way I saved a ton of money, with the cost of repairs it just makes sense to have this insurance.

SAVE YOURSELF, DO NOT SIGN UP

Horrible experience.
Cancelled my service just after signing up noting all the bad reviews.
Received confirmation that my membership was cancelled, but STILL got charged the next month. Been waiting over a month for a refund, and now I am out two months… DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

Edit:
warrantylife just replied that they refunded the money, however, they have no idea who I am. I can confirm that I have not ever received a refund. Instead, I called my bank and got a new card so they couldn't charge me any longer. Im still out the two months that I was charged. This is, no doubt, a scam.

Excellent customer service

I had a bit of a hard time registering for my warranty after up purchasing a Zagg liquid screen protector, but after emailing Warranty Life for assistance, we finally got it done. The two people I interacted with responded in a decent timeframe and were courteous and helpful. They definitely made my experience.

Great service and support!

I know a lot of people leave reviews when they have a bad experience, but I had the opposite and I wanted to leave a review because of a great experience. I emailed the support team before I took my phone in to have my front glass repair after being cracked, they gave me a price what was included up to a certain dollar amount. I then contacted the service company that was going to do the repair and they gave me a different price which in turn then I sent an email back to the support team who agreed to pay the higher price. When I got to the store I found out I also needed to replace my back glass because to fix the front glass they had to replace the back glass as well. I paid for this out of pocket knowing that I may be paying for the back glass as well my own because that was never agreed upon with warranty life. I sent in all my information with receipt and pictures and explained what the service company told me and thankfully warranty life backed everything up and did pay me the full amount minus my deductible. I have read some reviews about how hard the process was and this was not the case in this situation. Emails from the support were very timely and I got great information and they backed up what they said. It's all I can ask for exclamation
