My First-hand experience with Warranty Life
I have a Champion Inverter Generator refurbished from Factory Pure. I purchased an extended 3-year warranty with Warranty Life. I took the generator to the shop because it wouldn't start with the gas and the gas stabilizer already in the tank. I was told the gas went bad. I was also informed that the ignition coil may have rusted, and the spark plug may need changing, but they have to open it up to do the work. I put them on hold because I need authorization for work to be covered by the warranty. I left two or three phone messages with Warranty Life. No return call. I get a denial of claim because of "I didn't take care of my equipment, and then second determination, the claim doesn't cover for bad gas.
They skip that I don't know until they open it up what the problem may be. The part is $29-$69 part but it would cost me $500 to get it repaired. So what am I to do? Why buy an extended three-year warranty from Warranty Life and they treat you like your bug to be swatted away. This is a rip-off and I notified the Attorney General of Washington State of my concerns about business practices that are not transparent. If you have been bilked by Warranty Life file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office, it is at no cost to do so. It would have been nice to get a suggestion on where to get this fixed because of Warranty Life's short list of good businesses that they recommend. It would have been great customer service to return the call. I would have been thrilled if they had the decency to TRY. Unfortunately, my experience is that they could care less when it comes to service to me. I care.

No claim payout after phone is paid for…
I sent in a claim for my phone and they told me the insurance expired the same month I paid off my phone.
I paid a flat rate for the insurance and I didn't use it. So they charged me for 2 policies to cover the phone repairs and as soon as I need it it isn't available.
I had problems with my other phone getting it repaired. It took weeks to get it serviced and to receive my reimbursement.
A total rip off. They're scamming now. Probably poor management and they dint have money to pay fit repairs.

Warranty Life is a Scam! Do not, Hear me out do not give these people your money they are a Scam. Purchased the protection.Followed all the rules to picture of phone and condition. Some green lines appeared on the screen. Call to make a claim. They told me to take pictures of screen and number on the back. Sent it! I waited.... Email them back and ask what was going on, and they said sorry we do not cover that phone anymore. What!!(but they was still charging me)!So I ask for a rep to contact me... Never heard from anybody. That's not the kicker! So I emailed them and ask one more time can someone contact me.You no what they did????Charged my ass again!Don't use the people! You gonna be writing a review like me! Warranty Life is a scam SERVICE
Warranty Life is a scam. Paid for the coverage and they dragged out the process for a month and a half. They said that they could not cover the claim because the Sim card tray serial number did not match the phone. Gazelle, where I purchased the phone stated that they do not track phones by the Sim card tray serial. No company tracks phones by that method. They just won't stand by their coverage.

I would have given 5 stars but I had to go through hoops to get my phone fixed because I live in a rural town in Texas. In the end Warranty Life came through. I will keep using them.

Overall I'm satisfied with how my warranty claim was handled.
Submitting a warranty claim wasn't hard, but it also wasn't intuitive. The response team quickly sent me the correct form to use. After that, submitting my claim was pretty straight forward. The format for how the claim is processed looks like an email thread. It's not bad, but it's not what I expected and looked like a mistake when I first saw it.
Great warrenty choice
Quickly processed. Quickly paid out. Would definitely recommend
Trash service
Trash service. Communication is horrible and the steps for claim is unclear.
Website FAQ says the following:
What is your diagnostic app used for?
Our app is free to download, we need to confirm your device works prior to coverage being activated, the app helps us do that.
What happens if I don’t download and register via the app?
Your coverage would be activated after 30 days of purchase.
FAQ clearly says coverage is activated 30 days after purchase if you don't download and register your device. I emailed a bunch of times to get clarity and got none. Needless to say they denied my claim because I was so confused with the process. I'd rather pay out of pocket than deal with these scammers.
Edit: for response... Ok where in my post does it say my device was pre damaged? My point has been proven. Communication is not a strong suit for this company. Fyi my device was not pre damaged, but thanks for assuming!

This company is absolute garbage
This company is absolute garbage. DO NOT waste your money on their "coverage". They'll ask for multiple videos and pictures but even when you point out the issue in them they'll say they don't see anything. I'm getting a refund for this garbage and getting coverage through my carrier. I hope this company goes bankrupt. Awful experience. ***Their reply is perfect. Shows how awful they are. The device wasn't damaged prior to the warranty and Gazelle refunded me for my warranty life purchase due to their mishandling***

300 pound back up generator fixed at no cost to me!
My portable (300 pound) standby generator failed. The repair facility and manufacturer determined what was needed for the repair. THANKFULLY, I had purchased a 5 year extended warranty from Warranty Life. I submitted a warranty claim and received authorization to proceed within a day or 2.
After the repairs were made, I submitted my repair receipts to Warranty Life. In 3 days, I was reimbursed for ALL of my out of pocket costs.
There was no haggling or begging. Warranty Life reviewed my bills and paid me ALL of my out of pocket costs. My PayPal account was credited in just a few days. Long story short, the Warranty Life policy I bought was totally worth it. I would not by an expensive piece of gear, like a portable generator, without having an extended warranty again.
Repair made easy
I usually don't write reviews but working to get my screen fixed through Warranty Life was really easy. They gave me an initial payment that didn't fully cover the repair, but after I submitted my receipt/WO I got the additional refund in less than 30mins!
I was impressed
I was impressed with how fast they handled my issues. Also great customer service and excellent communication.
Excellent warranty experience
I bought a phone on Swappa and purchased the Warranty Life warranty at the same time. Several months later, I dropped my phone in water. I was not sure if this warranty was going to cover it, and being skeptical of warranties, I assumed the worst. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the warranty did cover water damage. The process of getting reimbursed was pretty easy and straightforward and the couple of times I had questions, my emails were answered promptly. After I sent my phone in I was expecting that I would only get a small payout, but figured it was better than nothing. I was so pleasantly surprised at the amount I got - I couldn't believe it! It was actually almost the full price I paid for the phone (less the $50 deductible). This was the best warranty experience I have ever had, hands down. Highly recommend!
Satisfied customer, definitely recommend!
I am very happy with the experience from Warranty Life when I had to have my phone repaired. I had never been through the process before and everything went smoothly and was well explained. It was also easier than I expected and all their responses were clear and timely. Thanks for taking some of the stress of cell phone repair away! :)
