Avoid wasting your money on an extended warranty with this company.
We purchased our vehicle in September 2025 with a full service history, and the next scheduled service wasn’t even due until May 2026. In April, the turbo failed unexpectedly, and instead of honouring the warranty we paid for, they refused the claim and blamed us for “dirt in the lubrication system.”
Apparently, despite the vehicle being properly maintained and serviced on schedule, they can simply decide the failure was your fault and walk away from the responsibility they sold the warranty to cover.
To make matters worse, the turbo failure has now caused the DPF to fail as well, and they are refusing to cover that too. So not only are they denying the original claim, but they are also refusing to accept responsibility for the additional damage caused as a direct result of the turbo failure.
Don’t even bother reading the small print, because this company seems to make the rules up as they go along anyway.
What’s the point of paying for an extended warranty if they look for any excuse not to pay out when something major actually goes wrong?
Extremely disappointing experience, poor customer service, and a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise anyone considering this warranty to avoid them completely.
It is interesting how this company only question whether the negative reviews are even customers. I have been dealing with the claims engineer named Vaughan. I’m sure he will be able to pass on my contact details.

I have been reviewing various Motorhome warranty policies online for quite some time and wasn't quite happy with the numerous exclusions. By chance I came across WSG, endorsed by the Caravan & Motorhome Club, and Matt Sims (aka Motorhome Matt podcast on YouTube. Having watched this video it convinced me that this company are trustworthy and know what they are doing, and are extremely reactive to improve their policy. I would recommend that anyone with a Motorhome or indeed any motor vehicle should give these guys consideration. The process of taking out a policy was straightforward. I was put in contact with Tony McKillop Team Leader - Dealer support who answered all my questions within minutes of submission. Hopefully my vehicle does not break down over the next 12 months, but I have confidence that any claim I submit will be dealt with expediently.

Would give it zero stars if possible. Adverts state that they cover over 6000 components on vehicles, but unfortunately did not cover mine on 3 occasions. Complete waste of money.
