Claims process impractical and useless for unexpected emergency repairs (surely 95% of all part failures?!). Complete waste of money and time. I'm £££ out of pocket on a worthless warranty cover: had to pay for my car repair and a warranty... NOT recommended, save your money in event you have an issue.

I woke up very early Monday morning to find out i had an issue with my vehicle. I waited around till I could call WSG and got through to Ben Lewington. Ben from the off was great, he was clear with his instructions and what I needed to do. I found a local garage and Ben kept in contact through the whole process ensuring that I was OK and kept me updated on the claims process and was only a phone call away if i ever needed him. I will definitely be extending my warranty with WSG when my current one comes to an end. Highly recommend this warranty service

Genuinely the claim process is easy and the team at WSG Ltd WANT to help. I've never used the claim process before and was a bit concerned that they would be like an insurance company with lots of red tape and hoops to jump through but it simply isn't the case. As soon as I had a fault with my car I advised WSG straight away and they sent me a really easy guide on how to process the claim, step by step, no tricks, no hidden Ts&C's, the garage communicated with them directly and then WSG called me to ensure I fully understood the process and what I needed to do. The only thing you need to remember is to advise them FIRST before any repairs are completed to make sure the repair is authorised by them, after that make sure all invoices to be made out to Warranty Solutions Ltd (or you won't get the VAT paid), but just tell them as soon as a fault appears on your vehicle. Simple. Great service and a great product.
