Friendly, accurate advice, prompt delivery, good product. My washloo has only just been installed, so I couldn't review earlier. I'm very pleased with it.

The product is excellent but the installation instructions could be better.

Really helpful staff. The Washloo arrived very quickly. It was fairly easy to install with a little expertise (My son has some plumbing experience). We are very pleased with it and actually have 3 Washloos now!

Great product, great customer service, and got a small discount as I ordered two units. Have had the Prestige 2nd gen installed for a few months now, really good product at a reasonable price vs. competitors in this space.

Really helpful small business with the personal touch. They spent time discussing our proposed purchase, which we were able to take away without waiting for delivery.
The WC / Smart seat combination is great and easy to use with the remote control for the various functions.

Having recently visited Japan we were very impressed with their toilets and decided to purchase one on our return. Our research made it clear that Washloo are the UK market leaders in 'Japanese toilets', so after discussing our options with Washloo we purchased a toilet seat. It was delivered promptly with full fitting instructions. I had an issue due to some non-standard plumbing but with the help of Karen from Washloo the issue was soon resolved. The seat has been in operation for around a month and we are very happy with it. For the quality of the product and their brilliant pre and post sales support l can thoroughly recommend Washloo!

The product arrived on time and was easy to install and use. The only criticism I have is that the pressure on the rear wash function is not as good as the previous toilet bidet ( from a different maker that developed a fault and couldn't be repaired ) so after reading the reviews decided on the Washloo. Up to now quite satisfied and the staff were very helpful with any queries i had before purchase.

Helpful, knowledgable staff & great products

The toilet is a good experience, unusual but pleasant. If going to the loo can be memorable then using the Washloo is.
One very slight observation is the toilet seat could be more sturdy, however all in all we would buy it again without question.

Washloo provided an excellent service from order, to delivery, and over the phone support. We purchased the Levitate Smart Wall-Hung Toilet as my wife has MND. It’s been installed for two weeks and is meeting her needs very well with many operator-controlled options including wash spray temperature and pressure, air drier temperature, douche arm positions, and many other useful features such as heated seat, night light, half/full flush all easily accessed through the remote control. The levitate model also allows the WC bowl and arm-rests to move up and down with a seat height range from 445mm to 650mm so will adapt as medical conditions change. The pallet was delivered very well packaged, the product of is of good quality, and is really pleasing to look at. We’d fully recommend Washloo for their customer service and product quality.
