Due to our toilet pan size, we can only use the Classic R short. Easy to install, wired and piping. Overall the bidet is great. The only small comment is the remote controller's holder is not able to firmly hold the remote. It drops out easily. The service support and customer care is first class. Thanks to Karen whom handle my queries speedily and with great caring.

Superloo and super service.

So our Washloo was damaged in transit, Karen sorted this for us, emails answered often out of office hours and even during the weekend. We got a replace the next day and a personalised video on how to fit it.

Karen also arranged for the old seat to be picked up.

My wife had been to Japan and really wanted a "Japanese" toilet.
After much searching around, Washloo stood out as having a good range and were very knowledgeable about their products, and my bathroom fitter endorsed my feelings after he spoke to them.
We had one installed last May and I was able to monitor its electricity usage for a few days before it was hard wired in. In seems to average about 0.5kWh per day, but of course that depends mainly on what temperature level the seat is set to. Everything is on a medium setting and as more senior years approach, the need to visit the toilet in the middle of the night increases! That extra level of comfort is just as satisfying as the rest of the functions it has. As a man, I'll admit those functions are very pleasant to use too!
Had one very minor issue with it, which washloo sorted out completely to my satisfaction.

Existing unit needed servicing, went through someTrouble shooting over the phone then agreed for it to be returned. Collected really quickly and returned and repaired same day as delivered ! Along with some extra plumbing tubing.

Thewashloo is most enjoyable and has helped me asi am used to a bidet and live in a very small flat.

Having visited Japan over many years I loved their toilets and always wanted one at home. Washloo provided an opportunity as their product price was reasonably priced v others on the market. Ordering and delivery process was straightforward, I used the online chat to clarify a couple of points which was great. Installation was simple and one week in use I don’t regret the decision.

Really pleased with the new toilet ,great quality and works perfectly ..wish I had got one years ago ! Also the service from washloo was great ..all my many questions were answered fully and quickly ..and the delivery was really quick.

Great product at a reasonable price.

I placed an order for the Washloo Supreme which was out of stock. I was kept up to date regularly as to the delivery date and, as soon as it was in stock, the toilet was shipped. Very well packaged and looks great!
As I'm only part way through the remodelling of one of our bathrooms, it isnt yet installed but will be fairly soon.
I went for this company as they have such good reviews overall and a team who had the answers to all my questions.
This particular model is the premium option but has so many functions and I'm really looking forward to the final installation

We had a problem with the existing unit. Once we made contact with Washloo, they talked us down through things that we needed to try, but then agreed to supply an upgraded version at no extra cost.
Once this was agreed, the new unit turned up the next day!
