Excellent service and quality very good

I wanted a hand dryer the same make & model as the one I was replacing(to save on redecoration) & ordered it from them! Unfortunately the first didn't turn up but the company arranged an over night replacement so I was still able to fit & have a happy customer! This kind of service is so rare these days & I'm more than happy to give them a 5* review! I'll certainly use them again when the need arises!!

Placed order over 2 weeks ago and they still haven't arrived as they were delivered to wrong address. Washroom Hub have investigated the problem and have issued a refund straight away, Jade in there customer service department has been dealing with the issue and has sorted everything for us.

I placed my order for a Biodrier hand dryer on Tuesday and it arrived the next day! I’m very impressed by the efficiency of the delivery service. The product itself is fantastic and I will definitely be ordering again! Highly recommend!

Excellent product will purchase again

The website has a large range of items to chose from which meant I was able to find sanitary bins that were just the right size. I was able to pick up everything I needed in once place and it was delivered quickly which was a bonus as the prices were very keen.

Would have given five stars but for the fact that the expanding fixing bolt supplied comes with a hex bolt head.
The design of the unit does not allow sufficient space to be able to get a socket over the bolt head. You have to use a very large flathead screwdriver.
The recess needs to be enlarged to allow the socket to fit around the hex head or supply self drilling/tapping Torx head masonry anchors as an alternative. No issue with socket heads then.

Other than that, it’s a great product.
