Not worth the money in the end
Not worth the money in the end. The wash is very varied depending on location, eg. Vordingborg is worse than Nykøbing Falster. But the Nykøbing Falster machines are almost always never working ie. They can’t read your number plate or won’t close the doors to the machine or want payment even though you have a subscription. It really is a scam! You pay for a service but it never works. It’s always 50/50 and quite frustrating.
Sometimes they “mistakenly” take double the amount from your account if you have a subscription… but you still can’t get reasonable consistent service.
It’s like an unprofessional 1995 business run by high school students in late 2022. As a service one pays for monthly it leaves a lot to be desired.
BE WARNED POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. Disappointment, frustration, dirty cars and smaller bank accounts lay ahead!

I have gone through the log for both Nykøbing and Vordingborg and can see that the locations have not been down extraordinarily, and have been closed mostly due to the scheduled maintenance and cleaning.
If you experience issues at the wash hall, you can always call the Emergency phone and they will help get your wash started.
Additionally, I cannot see that we have ever withdrawn your payment twice. If you have had this experience, I would love for you to contact customer service and we will of course refund you.
I can honeslty say from many of our happy customers that new potential customers should only expect clean cars, money saved and quick process.

You can always contact us through our website under the menu "Hjælp". When you use the selfwash, the machine reserves 120 kr per time you use it, when you have a debitcard. It says so on the machine itself as well.
The reserved payment is usually released within 3-5 business days, but depending on the bank it can be up to 30 days.

Scratch the painting
I have tried Washworld a few times, both for self-wash and automatic. Automatic wash is quite inadequate and your car is not clean at the end. It actually gets more spots after washing. Another big problem is small scratches on the painting which for me was no go. Both self-wash and automatic make lots of scratches.

Avoid!
Used to have a subscription on 2 previous company cars (brand new bmw’s)and after 1-2 washes for a 6 months period the paintjob was completely ruined with scratcher literally everywhere, looking awful.
Tried a single wash again with a friends car an got a huge scratch which was reported to Washworld but they denied any involvement and compensation.
Unprofessional company and unnecessary risk for any car. Avoid at all costs.

Here at Wash World, we use a professional unbiased third party to handle all our damage reports, to ensure that you as a customer experience a uniformly, professional and unbiased handling of your report.
If you have already filed a damage report and have gotten a rejection, that you are not satisfied with, you have several options to move forward with the case.
You can contact your own insurance company, to ask them to handle your case and get a second opinion from them. Furthermore, you can let them start a counterclaim against our insurance company. This is also, in bigger cases, recommended in the reply that our partner has sent.
You can also, if you are a member, contact FDM.
If you need further help, you are more than welcome to contact our customer service again.

Waste of time and nerves.
Ridiculous service.
I live in Odense.
I washed my car about 20 times.
About 17 times I had issues with it.
Countless problems.
Something HAS to go wrong.
One day the system does not recognize your car so you have to enter the plate number manually, receive SMSes, enter security codes and waste your time like crazy.
Other day it will let you in, start washing the car and simply freeze in place, leaving your car wet, making you reverse out of the washing room. But it ain't that easy, since there's a line of other cars behind you. So you waste a ton of time again.
The third day you come, drive to the terminal and it says the washing room is occupied.
You wait and wait and wait only to find out it's broken AGAIN. But it won't tell you something is wrong.
It will waste your time.
It almost feels like it's designed to waste as much of your time as possible.
If you value your time, you should NEVER consider coming here.
It will never be a straight to the point experience.
It is literally useless.
I promise you'll waste less time washing your car by hand, other than wait for Wash World to fix they're COUNTLESS problems.
Only one good thing about it.
It's very cheap. But despite that, you're buying something that's annoying you more, than it is washing your car.
Literally a garbage service.

It sounds like you've had some bad experiences, which is certainly not the case when visiting us, but I'm sure we can find a solution to this.
There is both frequent service and cleaning of the machines, but in these cases they are only closed temporarily, and the same applies with technical errors, where we of course send the technicians to the location as soon as possible.
However, of course, it is not the intention to have a feeling that the car washes are often closed or that something goes wrong too often.
We therefore recommend that you write to our customer service via the website, so that we can look at the matter and help you in the best possible way.
If an error occurs at either the terminal or on the car wash machine, then most errors can be corrected immediately without you having to move your car or wait unnecessarily long.
Simply call our emergency number. They are available 24/7 and will be happy to help you, as they can remotely control the machines from a distance.
Their number is informed on all the payment terminals and inside the halls.

The service has become worse and prices are now increasing
I am using Wash World Odense. I have had a Premium service subscription since 2019. In the beginning it included all and I was very happy with the concept. But then gradually over time the quality of the washes have clearly been reduced. First it was the coating which was removed. Then drying was reduced so the car is half wet when you are done... unless you now buy extra drying, extra foam etc. Now a new and more expensive Premium Plus level has been established, which includes what was previously in the Premium subscription.
What a way to treat your loyal customers.
As a customer, I feel I am cheated into having to upgrade my subscription, because the service is worsened. In stead tell me if you need to increase prices, so I dont have to experience an inferior product.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the wash, you can always file a complaint about the wash via our webside, just rember to attach photos of the results.

They have bold rules like they are not responsible for what happens at the wash, but by the law they have to restore my car to previous condition. So legal action will be taken from here.
