Bad service/No Contact/Unusual charges
I have been member of WashWorld for more than a year.Never satisfied with the service , Now I finally decided to write down about this wash world.
1. It is very bad in service at some places and specially closing down of the halls at peak moment.
2. It will ask the regn number at entrance being a member too for many times.
3. this is the most ridiculous one, they do not have contact number for anything.. how can One clear their queries .
I have not used the service as I met with accident and not using my car, now they are asking me to pay the amount then only I can deregister from the service.
what is the point in paying the amount when I have not used the service fo 2 months . even though I made the payment for one month, they are warning with the surcharge ,if I do not pay for the other month.
It is very useless service provider and I do not recommend anyone .
I can see in your reply that you did not mention the contact number yet.
I have sent the Form same day, still no response.
Contact number should be on website for general queries and not only for emergency.
I hope someone can help me from washworld at least sooner than I expect.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you have had a bad experience in connection with your membership with us. To answer your questions:
1: We never deliberately close any halls at peak time. When working with technology, unexpected errors can occur and we work at high pressure to keep down times down. It is of course regrettable that it happens during peak hours, but we usually have 2 or more wash halls at the majority of our locations.
2: The reason you have to manually enter your license plate and pin code is simply because our automatic license plate scanner has not recognized your license plate. This is typical if you drive slightly crooked in the uphill, that it is dirty or that the techniquel fails. Fortunately, there is a solution to that and it is simply to enter it manually and it also registers your membership here.
3: We have a 24/7 help desk department that is ready 24/7 for urgent problems in the wash halls. Your telephone number is displayed outside the terminal, inside the wash hall and on our information signs. If you need to get hold of our customer service, we refer to our contact forms on our website. According to our trading conditions, which you have accepted when you become a member, the payment of your subscription with us must be made every month. You yourself are responsible for unsubscribing and your membership will naturally end. It is regrettable that your car has been damaged, but if you contact our customer service via our website, they can help you further from here.

Premium subscription, but have to wash by hand
Bought premium plus subscription. However after wash I ended up paying a 100 kr. To wash it by hand anyway, because it did not clean windows and rear of car properly. Last couple of times in Høje Taastrup either one or two washes have been broken. One employee on site did not even bother answering when he expect the washes to open again - instead it looked like he found it insulting I asked and quickly walked away. However I like their hand washing - would be cool if that was part of the subscriptions too and they added the option to blow dry.

We're sorry to hear, that you have not been satisfied by the results of your wash. At most of our locations, we have buckets of water with soap and brushes, which we recommend you use to prewash your car and loosen the dirt - this should provide you with a better result in the future.

I have the basis 69kr per month…
I have the basis 69kr per month package. I washed it two times but everytime after wash there are white spots on the side mirrors and the body of the car. Its totally a bad experience one can have after expecting a clean washed card. You have to clean the almost whole car manually. Sometimes it looks even dirty than before washing the car.
I am going to stop it.

Our basic wash is a simple and fast car wash that removes loose dust and dirt followed by a light drying. As it is our cheapest wash, it can also be expected that it does not remove dried-on and hard dirt. You can always make a complaint about your wash if it does not live up to the product description on our website and especially if it is dirtier than when it entered the washhall, because that is certainly not the intention.

This is the worst washing station in…
This is the worst washing station in Denmark!
First: When you are inside of the washing machine, it tells you that it takes 10 minutes to wash, but it actually takes exactly 5:30 min.
Second: I have the impression that the car is washed with reusable water because after the washing program is finished, the car has some stains on it.
Third: The car is only half dry because the dryer stops in the middle of the machine.
And the last one: you have to pay one more month if you wanna cancel the subscription.
Never, ever come again to your “washing stations”. Specially that one from Horsens 😉
