My ROHAN watch was keeping perfect time but stopped. I wrote to the company who gave it attention 5 years ago. They replied that they no longer did work on my make of watch. I completed the online form for WATCH HUB. They phoned, then gave instructions on how to post the watch to PETERBOROUGH, with estimated cost for battery replacement, resealing, then quickly phoned when job completed, and I got link removed from strap, and watch valeted as an extra request. I am delighted to have watch looking so good and keeping perfect time again.

I had previously left my Tissot watch with the local retailer who had to send it on to the manufacturer just to renew the battery, leaving me without a watch for around three weeks. This process was both unsatisfactory and expensive. This time I tried Watch Hub, who were reasonably priced, and I had my watch back by return. Excellent service, therefore top marks to Nathan.

Brilliant customer service, very friendly and patient. Fixed well ahead of timeline and was very reasonably priced! Will definitely be coming back here if I have any issues in the future.

Watch Hub Peterborough

We had taken in a Citizen Watch to a jewellers for battery replacement. Was told that it was not the battery and they could do nothing. We went to Watch Hub to get batteries put in to two other watches and told him about the Citizen. The following week we had back all three watches working perfectly.

I sent in an Omega Constellation from the 70s and it was too costly to fully service but was functioning fine other than the winding stem had corroded. I sourced one from Poland and these guys fitted it for me, the result was a beautiful vintage timepiece for an acceptable cost.

I'll be using them again and will recommend them to anyone needing a watch repair.

I sent my Tag Heur link watch to Nathan, he quoted a competitive price and 6-8weeks depending on what parts were required, it was returned in 3 weeks looking brand new, fantastic job and would defo use again

Searched online for a Casio G-Shock battery replacement and pressure test service, found the Watch Hub website. They use a postal service. They replied to my initial enquiry very quickly, sent me instructions (Which are also on their website) and I posted my watch to the Peterborough branch. They contacted me when it arrived and confirmed they had received it and verified that it was only a battery and pressure test that was required as they could not find any other faults. My watch was returned in the mail special delivery all fully working with a brand new battery. I will definitely re-use this service the next time I need my trusted G-Shock servicing again. Had a new movement put into my well loved casio divers watch, had it back really quickly and the watch is like new again. Second time a new movement has been installed for me, future proofing my classic watches for my kids to take over. The guys at Watch Hub are the real deal, don't go anywhere else, you don't need to, you won't get better service, better prices or better customer service anywhere else.

A lovely personal service, I was called by the company twice to discuss the repair and it was a fast service too, turnaround was 7 days. My beloved Klaus Kobec watch that had been dumped in the back of a drawer many years ago, was now working again and back on my wrist. I am very pleased and would use this company again

i spoke to Nathan at the Peterborough branch. he gave me a quote to repair my casio GSHOCK so i sent it off by post . he fixed my watch and it came in under the quote he gave me . i had my watch back within 5 days very happy with the repair and the service .

My watch that is over 25 years old failed and the manufacture said it could not be repaired Watch-Hub said differently and have repaired my watch. Hopefully it will work for another 25 years and Watch Hub will still be around if it needs to be repaired again. Highly recommended.

After an online enquiry, had immediate response and phone call which provided all pricing and information for TAG battery replacement (much cheaper than retailers). Posted back within a few days and all working fine ( with 2 year guarantee)

Found watch hub online after a bad experience at Samuels to replace a watch battery.

Really great service took my tag watch for a new battery and a extra link putting in and was quoted a price and was told to collect in about an hour which I did and it’s all done and working perfectly would highly recommend

I had never heard of Watch Hub. I have a Citizen Promaster which was too old for Citizen Uk to service and I googled other companies. Watch Hub came up and I contacted them. They rang me next day and explained how it worked. I posted my watch to them, they rang to confirm receipt, rang again to confirm the work was done and rang again to confirm it was being posted back. The watch arrived with me next day. In the days of live chat, email responses and automated responses it is an absolute breath of fresh to communicate by phone with a human being who is keen to help and values service. Well done Watch Hub. I will be recommending you to others.
