I contacted them three times via their eBay site wanting to know the size of a ring they had for sale and they never replied 🤷‍♀️

The sale of my two watches was a very pleasant experience.I dealt with Simon on the phone who was not pushy in the slightest. He gave me an acceptable price and then arranged for his local agent Billy to call the same day. Lucky for me he had an appointment elsewhere in Yorkshire and could call on his return home. Billy was really easy to deal with. He of course checked the watches then forwarded more photos to HO. The sale was then agreed and the money was transferred into my bank account within 20 minutes.
To summarise this is a really easy company to deal with and are honest and not pushy.

I have been selling to and buying from Nick for many years now, and only found his professionalism, honesty and integrity excellent.
He has kept me up-to-date with everything going on, especially when I have given him a watch to sell on a sale or return basis, there are no secrets or hidden agendas with him.
I have bought many watches from him over the years and they have always been as described and in good order.
His response time in answering any of my questions has been very fast and he is always happy to give advice and guidance when it comes to specialist watches. He is a credit to his business and a useful person to know.
