Initial contact and service was great. Unfortunately a huge error was made as an offer was put forward to me but then they realised they were referring to a completely different watch! They then reneged on the verbal offer…

In fairness it seemed to be a genuine error and apologies were given.

I think due to the huge error many people would have given 1 star however sincere apologies were given.

Update - fair response and not in my nature to damage a business reputation if it was a genuine mistake.

I have just sold my Rolex to Watch Brokers via Simon.

Simon is an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very empathetic to the reasons in which I’ve had to sell my watch.

William came out to review the watch at my home, I was assured of the process and both Simon and William put me at ease about the sale being carried out in my home. William was very kind and explained exactly what he would be doing and handle my situation with care.

I highly recommend Watch Brokers for anyone looking to sell their jewellery. I was nervous about the process but these guys do a fantastic job of making it as straight forward and comfortable as possible.

Having been in business 40yrs I have always had reservations when dealing with companies re. their promises, advertising and services etc.

But without doubt dealing with watchbrokers was the most efficient service ever they say what they do and do what they say.
All credit to Nick and Michael they have the perfect business model and in my opinion no other dealer came near to them. I would say to anyone don't waste time like I did go straight to Watchbrokers.

I’ve been a keen watch collector and enthusiast for the past 10 years now. During this time, I have come across many watch dealers some average and some extremely poor but this all changed when I was introduced to Nick and his team last year. The service I have received is like no other, reliable honest and a certain kind of integrity that I’ve honestly never experienced before. Nick is the kind of broker that will never push a client into a deal. In fact quite the opposite!! Sometimes to the detriment of his profit margin he has advised me not to sell a piece as in his opinion it was a good watch to hold for the future. This advice has led to me being several thousand pounds better off!!!! To me, this kind of ethical conduct is a rare thing and deserves appreciation and acknowledgement. Nick is all about building relationships with people and I would without hesitation recommend watch brokers to anyone out there interested in buying or selling their watch.

The whole experience was first rate. Initial discussion was professional , supportive and friendly. The member of staff wasted no time in travelling to our area to meet us and value items. He was courteous and pleasant while being very business like He took time to chat everything through and show us exactly what he was explaining. The offer for our item was fair and acceptable and the final payment came through to my account swiftly. Requested, via the website, a valuation for my Sea-Dweller. Was contacted the same day by Simon to discuss the watch, condition price expectations etc. After providing pics, proof of ownership etc I was provided with a valuation. Simon attended my house a few days later and, after examining the watch, transferred the amount to me. No quibbling, no haggling. I would have no qualms in recommending these guys. Professional, open and honest throughout the process.
