Highly recommend! After a google and reviewing several websites, I submitted a request for a valuation on my Rolex.
I was contacted the same day by Simon. After providing the requested images and information I was contacted very quickly with a fair offer and within 24 hours I had sold the watch and was in receipt of the funds.
I was given the exact amount that had been verbally offered and Simon came to me to complete the transaction.
I felt very happy and secure with the whole process at all times and would highly recommend Watch Brokers without any reservation.

Thank you for making this transaction as easy and as transparent as you did. I was worried about selling my Rolex and finding myself in a vulnerable situation. Simon was wonderful. I had a Rolex that I have been considering selling for a couple of years, the few attempts I made have failed due to a lack of confidence in the selling procedure and/or the type of offer that has been borderline offensive. I never felt that with WatchBrokers. Based on my emailed photographs and description of my watch they made a fair offer which was upheld when I met Simon a couple of days later. Very straightforward process, a friendly guy who I felt comfortable with in the type of transaction that I'm not used to. My money was in my bank in minutes, both parties happy and I would use again.

First class from start to finish, great communication all the way through, no pressure from them to sell. If you send them all the information they need you will get a price almost by return. Simon took the time to visit me at home, verified my paper work and the money was paid in full before he left. Old fashioned service, the way it used to be.

From first contact with Watch Brokers i was totally in control of the process and sale. from emails to phone calls no pressure was felt. their representative who visited after a very long drive put me totally at ease.
this is one of the most professional companies i have had the pleasure if dealing with

I had a really desirable Steel Rolex Daytona for move on and having rung 4 well known jewellers including a couple I'd dealt with many times I was left pretty frustrated at the lack of action and poor prices I was given.
I then Googled 'Best Rolex Buyer' and Watch Brokers came up first.
I rang and got Nick Klein who just answered the question of value immediately. It was that easy compared to all the others. He had his colleague Michael in the area and within 45 mins I had cleared funds in the bank.
I support Man City and Nick supports Liverpool so they aren't perfect are they?
Not far off though....can highly recommend these guys to anybody and I'll do business with them again.

Tony who came to collect was also very pleasant and easy to chat with while waiting for monies to arrive all very simple really but - Well done!

Selling an expensive watch can be a scary business. I needn't have worried. From the first time i contacted Simon the experience was nothing other than a pleasure. Michael came a fair distance to pick the watch up, Again he was easy to speak to, knowledgeable and foremost I enjoyed our chat about watches. He checked over my Rolex James Cameron, made a call and the money was in my bank. Efficency at its best. Hopefully this wont be my last contact with Watch brokers. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellent home service. Very personable and knowledgeable buyer. It doesn’t get any easier than this where the Watchbroker buyer visits you at your residence authenticates and transfers.

I contacted the site for a valuation for my Rolex. I had contacted several other sites who came back with valuations but wanted me to send the watch to them. I guess that when the watch was received the price initially offered would be reduced.
Simon contacted me with s sensible offer and a bespoke service which saw his colleague Michael come directly to my home and the money was transferred to my bank account instantly. He didn’t leave until it was showing.
I was looking for another Rolex to buy and Simon arranged for a model similar to one I was looking at to be delivered to me for inspection in case I wanted to do a part exchange.
I was kept up to date with calls snd texts and just could not fault either of them. They have a vast knowledge and are very helpful.

I was a little nervous as I have never sold a watch before and let's face it you hear so many horror stories that we are probably all a bit cynical these days. Well I am happy to say that in this case I had nothing to worry about. I dealt with Simon who was very polite and patient and did a great job of valuing my watch remotely just from some photos and a description. I was happy with the offer and accepted it and less than 24 hours later Ben was in my house (having travelled over 60 miles on a Saturday morning to get to me) and paid me by immediate transfer exactly what Simon had offered me (no silly haggling or sales games). A few hours later I got a follow up call to make sure I was happy. Absolutely delighted with the whole experience and both Ben and Simon were a delight to deal with.
