Simon was excellent from start to finish. Our exchange was done within two days of sending him a message regarding a watch that I wanted to sell. I will definetely be using this service again as they are very trusted and excellent with their customer service.

After some pictures were sent within a short time Simon called back and an appointment was made for the following day. Simon arrived on time and the deal was agreed. I received a call from Simon at Watchbrokers within 15 minutes of submitting details on line of the watch I was hoping to sell. He immediately came across as very professional with a straight talking approach which gave me the confidence that I had contacted the right people. I sent over some close up images of my watch with the relevant documentation and we quickly agreed a price that I was happy with, making an appointment for Simon to come to my home the next day to complete the deal. Simon arrived at the agreed time and the transaction was very quick and easy with the funds being instantly transferred to my bank account before the watch was handed over. I can highly recommend Watchbrokers as extremely professional and trustworthy people to deal with and they will definitely be my first call should I decide to sell another piece.

Firstly, I wasn’t to sure if this was the right way of trying to sell my Rolex Bi-Metal datejust. Reluctantly submitted details and photos for valuation and within minutes, Simon was on the phone. He gave me the valuation of what the watch is worth and was happy to make a purchase. At no point I felt pressured into making a decision.

I accepted the offer and the next day, Michael came to my house and collected the watch and transferred the money straight into my bank account. Transaction was easy and hassle free!
