I admit to being a little skeptical and cautious, however, I would absolutely conduct business with "Watch Brokers" again. I requested a quote to sell my watch, which happened very quickly and going forward was in the same manner. I spoke to Simon on the phone who was very pleasant and straight forward and professional. William (Billy) came to my home exactly when was agreed and was a pleasure also to have in my home. Everything went as described with absolutely no hidden tricks or bartering. Thank you Watch Brokers, I wish more companies would take a leaf out of your book!!!!

Had a Rolex bi-metal sub to sell and used these guys for the first time which was a lovely experience. Quick response from initial enquiry, great customer service with sale completed within 2 days with the luxury of pick up and payment from my home. I was a bit nervous about selling my watch in this way. I enquired about it with watch brokers and was very impressed with there service. Simon was very professional and honest in his assessment. Micheal came and picked the watch up. The money was transferred before he left. Very happy with the whole service and would highly recommend watch brokers.

I was very skeptical about selling my Rolex watch to an online dealer, as it all seemed unconventional. Simon is a straight talker, and says it how it is. He is excellent at communicating and answering questions, he was also very accommodating and agreed to meet at a time that suited me, and a public location where I felt safe and comfortable. I managed to sell my Rolex as a decent price and I look forward to dealing with Watchbrokers again. Highly recommended.

I recently sold a Rolex Oyster to Nicholas at Watch Brokers and later realised, for sentimental reasons, I had made a terrible mistake. Nicholas was so kind, generous and honest and allowed me to purchase it back a month later for the same price. Watch Brokers are a truly honourable and trustworthy company to deal with and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Excellent service. Sent in photos as requested, received prompt response with offer. Absolutely no pressure to sell. Arranged to meet Simon at my house. He was very professional and trustworthy. I was sceptical of other watch brokers online but these guys seemed like the real deal, and they were. The service was prompt, professional and honest from start to end. Very happy with the price I received for my Rolex and the service I was given. Would highly recommend.

If you are selling your high valued watch then I can not recommend Watch Brokers enough.
When selling high valued items one can feel slightly anxious.
Am I getting the right price? Will they low ball me and pressure me ? Will they knock the price down when they see the watch physically? These are all question I asked myself when I decided to sell one of my watches I no longer use.
I was so pleased to receive the fast and efficient and honest service from Simon and team.
Simon asked me for various photos of the watch and the accompanying information and within no time had come back with a fabulous offer.

At first I thought that maybe he has given a good offer now and he will try to knock the price down when they physically see the watch but No! Simon guaranteed that the offer they make is the offer they pay and no chipping away at the figure and that is exactly what he did.
The very next day before noon William was at my door to complete the transaction and collect the watch, a job very well done indeed !!

In summery I got the best figure and the best service from Watch Brokers and I have no hesitation at all in recommending them as your first and last point of call when selling your watch. Well done guys keep up the good work and I will be back for sure as a buyer or a seller.

This week I sold my Rolex Air King to Watch Brokers. Having reached out via the website on Sunday evening I received a call from Simon on Monday morning and by midday we had agreed a price and arrangements had been made to collect the watch from my home later that day. I met William and within 20 minutes all was complete.

Couldn’t recommend enough when selling a watch, both from getting a good valuation through to the ease of the process which could not have been better. Will certainly use again for my next purchase.
