I first contacted Watchbrokers via Google - I described my Rolex watch, got a reply from Simon, who gave me a valuation of which in my opinion was a fair price. From there on everything was 1st class, the text messages, the appointment made to come to my home, and view the watch. William made contact with me and kept in contact via text - arrived bang on time, a really pleasant Scoucer, very professional, inspected the watch and within 5 minutes the funds agreed was in my bank account. I would definitely recommend this company, both Simon and William was a pleasure to do business with.

This company is an example of customer service at its best. First phone contact, no hard sell or haggling,( indeed at one point advice re keeping he watch as value will increase !) Once price was agreed, Simon travelled to my home to physically examine the watch. That done, the agreed sum was transferred immediately to my account by Bank transfer. A pleasant, speedy, and 100% satisfactory experience.

Simon talked me through every step very clearly. I then met with Tony who was so lovely with great customer service skills. He assessed the pieces and within 10 minutes the money was in my account. I owned a Rolex Submariner which I purchased new in 1999…decided that as I was not wearing it often enough it was time… sorry… to go.

Went on various sites to get an idea of value and saleability… number of firms do a good post service…and two were very helpful and business like.. but always the risk of accepting a bid and then finding potential hassle when they see the watch and want to renegotiate.

Anyway Simon rang me and we had a few amicable chats..sent him a number of photos … he is very particular about the photos..we then talked and purchase price was agreed. Following day William arrived, looked at the watch in detail and as all was as described… PAYMENT WAS MADE into my bank account within 10 minutes.

If you want to mess about and take risk and hold out for the last £… these guys are not for you… if you seriously want to sell at a fair price and deal with people who are honest and professional then I would recommend them very highly… No risk.. easy phone calls… collect from your own home.. it might cost you a coffee but William is a total gent and a pleasure to meet….what more can I say..VERY IMPRESSED. Simon was an absolute delight to deal with when I sold my Rolex. Discussions were always pleasant and constructive and he delivered on what he said. His colleague Tony who met me to collect the watch was a charming and helpful man who understood the wariness that anyone would feel in this situation. All together a pleasant experience and a fair transaction for all involved.

Transparent and honest company. I was provided with a valuation - once that price was agreed, there was no trying to knock me down on price. I was met in the comfort of my own home, at a specified time, there was no waiting around, money paid, sale agreed. The stress of selling a watch and having a valuer pull the watch down (as you would in a jewellers) in order to get a cheaper price was totally removed with these guys. I received a follow up call and messages to ensure I was happy.

Strange phone call at the end. Simon asked me what I wanted and I told him what I had been offered. He very patronisingly and rudely told me I needed to stop what I was doing and get in my car and go collect the offer I had supposedly got. Very rude and patronising guy. Red flags

I would highly recommend, the service was nothing more that outstanding! I spoke with Nick on the Monday that was friendly, straight to the point and professional! I came across watch brokers on line and was so surprised to see really great reviews which I didn’t believe (too good to be true) but decided to contact them after a few days I spoke to Simon he seemed very helpful over the phone (again wasn’t sure) he asked me to send pictures and details of the 2 watches I wanted to sell he called me back with an offer which was near what I wanted we arranged to meet at my workplace on arrival Simon reassured me he was genuine and showed me his ID once Simon checked the watches and was happy we agreed the price (again very close to what I wanted ) the payment was in my account within 10 minutes I highly recommend watch brokers and specially Simon

I can’t recommend Watch Brokers highly enough. They’re fast, professional and honest.

I reached out to Watch Brokers on a Sunday afternoon and Simon got in touch with me later that day to request extra details and then a few hours later he called again to offer me a price for my watches. I really appreciated his no nonsense approach and continued reassurance about the process. After thinking the offer over, I let him know I was happy to proceed and the next day William came to my house to complete the transaction.

Both Simon and William were polite, professional and a pleasure to work with. If you’ve got a watch to sell, using Watch Brokers is a no-brainer.
