Very poor customer service.No tracking email or any other confirmation of postage of the watch.Bought the watch on the 20th and was told that will be dispatched and will arrive on 24th.Recontacted them on 24 and was told it had been delayed by Royal Mail and would receive the watch on 27th December.Rang them yesterday to ask for an update and requested Royal mail tracking number.After 8 days , I was told today that it has not been posted at all!

Excellent service, went for a Planet Ocean 45.5mm, but sadly my wrist is a shade too small. Watch center London were extremely helpful when I asked to return it and even had a look around to find me a smaller replacement! Above and beyond service. Couldn't fault them.
