Wish there was a simpler way to be aware of the dial size when buying on line. Obviously when one goes direct to the retailer face to face the size and all aspects are apparent to make a decision. I purchased a solid gold Cartier Panthere from this company as a present for our 25 wedding anniversary. I asked Raphael if he could make the pick up a special occasion as it was a complete surprise for my wife. He excelled, and we were especially pleased when we saw the watch up close. I had made the purchase via the internet so I was delighted to find the watch exactly as described and in exceptional condition for its age with box and papers. I have also left my own Rolex with Watch Centre for a service, which they do at a very competitive price. Thank you Raphael.

Raphael Danieli at Watchcenter must not be trusted
He made a false claim ( after 28 days ) on a watch he bought from me and when it was returned, he had dissembled the watch cover and the genuine Jaeger leather strap was missing
No reply to my requests to return the strap.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN

Dear Sir,
We have bought a watch from you on Ebay for a dear customer of ours. The ad had clearly states that your watch needed a new battery. The watch has arrived after two weeks upon receipt of payment by yourself and not after a few days as your have falsely claimed (Proof can be provided). Upon inspection by our in house watchmaker, the watch had completely water damage and is completely unrepairable. Only way to have the watch working is by changing the movement. We requested for Mr Alan to take the watch back effective immediately and refused to do so falsely claiming that watch was working. The watch was sold at a cheap price and already had a feeling that something must be wrong. Too good to be true and so it came out to be.
After trying to get out of taking the watch back on several occasions. We had to open a case against the seller, thank goodness that ebay stepped in to help sort out the problem in a correct manner. With regards to the strap, it was a cheap, ruined and NOT even JLC strap had to be thrown away and did not suit a SWISS Branded Watch.
Next time you post a review, please do not lie or falsely claim on the proper facts! We are honest people trying to do honest business and not get screwed around with.

They were not interested in 2 watches…
They were not interested in 2 watches that I was selling. I then sold them to H&T easily. watch center replied to this review but all their facts were wrong, I was not selling Hermes watches and they did not give me a price for my Brietling.

I purchased a Breguet Marine from Watch Center London and the customer service was excellent. They gave me a decent price for my Breitling PX and the transition went really smoothly. I received the Breguet within 1 working day of the transaction in excellent condition with all box and papers present. Would highly recommend.

JLC Watch.
Bought a JLC watch from the Marylebone Shop and my experience was excellent.
Had a subsequent issue with the watch on return home and had to send it back for repair. The guys couldn't have been more helpful. They were extremely courteous and professional and attended to the problem quickly. I can thoroughly recommend them.
