We could not read the last review you have posted, you have updated it very quickly.
As we did not have any transaction done between us, we do not appreciate the bad review.
We have discussed and come to an agreement that you were going to buy a watch from us, we were waiting for your call but a client came in and purchased the exact same watch you wanted. We did not want to loose a sale.
We do apologise but we do offer great customer service throughout and we did not deserve this review.

We bought my wife's watch here just…
We bought my wife's watch here just under a year ago, service then was absolutely fine. Recently, the watch had a minor issue - phoned them and arranged to drop it in for a 'look'.
Three days later, watch issue sorted. Was unable to get there soon to pick it up, they couriered it without charge - it arrived the next day.
Such service is rare and worthy of due praise.
