I got to the WCS website while searching for a panda chronograph, as a gift for my own 60th birthday.
After a reassuring chat over the phone, Sam kindly offered to bring the watch to London on the very day of the big "event", as I was travelling the morning after.
My Carl F Bucherer Heritage Bicompax Annual came in pristine condition, with all "trimmings" included, and at an excellent price.
Sam's knowledge and love for these beautiful machines is contagious.

I recently purchased a Cartier Santos from Sam at Watch Concierge Services. Having not come across the company before, I had a few questions around the watch, process etc and Sam was both quick and detailed in her responses which were very reassuring - her comms were spot on throughout, and vastly different to dealing with one of the big corporate sellers out there. Having checked out her background and the great reviews online I went ahead with the purchase, and am very pleased I did. The watch arrived exactly when she said it would, in excellent condition. A nice bonus was along with the full set (box, papers, bracelet sizing tool), the original purchase receipt was also included. Overall a great buying experience, would be delighted to buy from WCS again. Thanks Sam!

I have been super impressed and have used WCS a number of times for both selling and buying.

I purchased an Omega Speed master MRK3 from Sam early 2025.
I looked into having the watch serviced originally by Omega., but after contacting them and being told there was 6 months waiting list. I reached out to Sam; she quickly arranged for the watch to be fully serviced. In next to no time, I had the watch back, saving a considerable amount of time and expense.
From first contact and throughout all my dealings with Sam at the “Watch Concierge Services” I have received nothing but great customer support.
I highly recommend Sam and her team.

Bought myself a Breitling Navitimer B01 from WCS, ultimately via Instagram, after first spotting the watch listed on Chrono 24. Sam was a breeze to deal with, I got the watch for a price I was very happy with and that worked for the seller. I was nervous at first making such a big purchase via Instagram but the previous reviews helped assure me, and Sam was not pushy at all.

Communication is a really important aspect for me and I can’t fault Sam’s. She kept me updated on the progress of my order at all time (I opted for the professional polishing service) and my watch arrived a few days earlier than expected.

The watch itself is in better condition than I expected. It’s only 2 years old but after the polish, it looks brand new, not a single sign of wear that I can see.

I would not hesitate to buy another watch from WCS in the future.
