Superb service! Watch Concierge Services are the best to both buy and sell through. Their expert knowledge of the market and extensive marketing capabilities make it very easy to sell your watch. When buying, they only sell the most discerning of pieces that have been thoroughly inspected and tested.

Sam was easy to work with and very accommodating.

Can't recommend Sam highly enough. These aren't small purchases, and Sam definitely gives the service commensurate with both the price, and her "concierge" title.

Detailed pics, videos, history and provenence all provided quickly and easily. Many dealers treat everyone as if they're only kicking tyres, but definitely not Sam.

A minor strap issue (massive wrist gang) was resolved insanely quickly, including guaranteed Saturday delivery which was a lovely touch, as were the notes and card etc.

Never bought a pre owned watch over the internet before so was a little apprehensive. I've used Sam at Watch Concierge Services to sell a number of pieces in the past, always with good results and excellent customer service. This time around I just needed help shipping a high value watch that I had sold myself, although not particularly lucrative for Sam, she still delivered the same friendly and professional service. It meant my watch was shipped fully insured (not achievable via most couriers) and all packaged up without me having to worry about it. It's this kind of thing that makes Sam a true 'watch concierge' and not just any old seller. Always recommend.

I had some poor experiences with watch service in he past, then a work colleague recommended Sam. I sent her my Breitling flyback for service and repairs, we have experienced numerous delays with part supply, but, I was kept informed and reassured all the way.
I received my watch back and have been stunned at the New appearance of my watch, it was beyond all expectations, as new.

I have been hunting a Breitling Superocean 44 Special for about 18 months on & off. Initially after PVD one, I saw that Watch Concierge Services on Instagram had a steel one for sale with blue ceramic bezel & blue dial. About 3 1/2 years old, it looked in very good condition. After speaking with Sam, I managed to secure it with a deposit & got it today! A really smooth transaction The photos didn’t really do it justice. It’s in immaculate condition - with box & papers. The service from Sam is exemplary & I can’t recommend her or WCS highly enough. Sam has an excellent knowledge of watches and the watch industry that only enhances trust in her service.
