Having recently worked with Sam at the Watch Concierge Services in the hunt for my new watch, I can testify just how professional and helpful she is. She curated a full day's shopping at all the best watch boutiques in London, whilst offering me advice and her keen insight. Having worked in the watch industry for years Sam's watch knowledge was a great help and led to negotiating a very acceptable price for my new timepiece. Sam even came back to London with me the day I picked up my new watch, truly providing a great service. I would definitely use her services again.

I first used Watch Concierge Services to repair a Swiss steel chronograph that had a perished crown seal in September 2018. It also needed a full service. WCS were able to undertake the work in less than 4 weeks (much less time than sending to Switzerland) at a competitive price. About 5-6 months later the watch wasn't holding power so went back under warranty for a check which resolved the issue. I've also used WCS to sell a ladies Cartier in May 2022 and service a vintage Omega Seamaster in the same month. Each request and transaction has been smooth and delivered professionally with confidence, trust and pro-activness.

I went to Sam for an engagement watch for my (then) fiance. She was super accommodating, knowledgeable and clearly passionate, and with her advice I found a beautiful watch which he loves!! My (now) husband is already following her social media! Highly recommend.

Sam managed the repair of my vintage Seiko bracelet watch strap. The strap was sadly unable to be repaired but she managed to source a replica that was even better than the original. Would absolutely use her to source a watch for me in the future.

Watch Concierge Services are fantastic at what they do. Selling a high value watch can be an anxious experience but their quick, detailed approach made it safe and easy with a very fast, pleasing outcome. Communication through the entire process was excellent.
