Do not buy watches from these dirt bags. They are selling fake watches. When you call them out on the authenticity of the watch, they completely ignore you.I even sent them pics proving it is fake. Nixon 51-30

i bought a watch from them and when i received it, it didn’t meet my expectations so as a normal person i wanted to return it but reaching them was literally impossible. They’re confusing and don’t even know how to handle their customer service. It was basically impossible to even make a return. I don’t advise y’all to buy from here except if you want to be disappointed. Their prices are just made to attract customers. Also if you really want to buy from here, be ready you’re gonna be paying duty fees.

Ordered a mystery MEN watch, emphasis on men, I received a ladies gold watch. Completely disappointed , as it was bought for a gift ... imagine the surprise when he unpacked it ...

I honestly had a horrible experience with this company. I placed an order for 3 watches and requested to price match one of them, they did not honor it because they said I already used a coupon but they never mentioned that on the website! They offered me a 10% off the total order instead since they’re not able to price match and then I requested to swap to watch along with the 10% off that they offered and that took a really long time (about two weeks) just to figure out my order! They said they will give me a store credit back for the difference but I would not like store credit and mentioned the money back to the original payment method, eventually they were able to agree to that. However, they said they would ship out the watches with a new tracking number, but it’s been a a couple business days and no reply they’re just leaving me on read! NO response to email anymore & very delayed response on their WhatsApp customer service. Now Im on the urge to take legal action!

There’s a lot of patience for me to bear since fraud is on the rise I will update if any changes. They have provided me a new tracking number once it arrives I will update the review.

Update: I eventually received the watches, 2 watch boxes were bent but that’s fine at this point; possibly due to shipping but watches were packaged safely. They also did provide me with the difference refund. Thank you

They’re scammers, the company was in Wyoming and is closed by the government by scammers.
The company is not active, they don't have an office, they don't have a phone number and they sell fake products.

Never again. They suck with customer service and response time. I got a watch for christmas that fell apart...returned it in less than 30 days and they keep askin me dumb ass questiobs because they are scared to open the damn box i sent it back in that has the original box in it. No contact info but a damn email. What kind of business is this. NEVER AGAIN.

I received a defective broken Diesel Watch - immediately contacted and they asked me to return ( at my cost of $24) they will not refund me shipping. I returned and promptly provided tracking etc. Once they received it took another week for them to finally respond to me. I shipped the watch back to them with all original items and box, but added another box over for extra protection. Now they are giving me the run around asking why it is not in it is original box, i stated it is in its original box, i simply put it in another box for extra protection and if they opened the box they will see. 3 weeks now - no contact - no watch. Continue to ignore me. I am beyond frustrated. The only means of communication is via WhatsApp - no phone number - there is an email however no one responds.

Bought 2 watches, Diesel big Daddy & Hugo Boss for myself and my dad. We absolutely love it. My expectations were very neutral when I placed the order but honestly, I am impressed. Delivery within 3 days, watches look great and got it with 25% offer.

The website states they will price match. I emailed asking if they would give me a partial refund to match a lower price I’d found on another retailer’s website, but no one has gotten back to me. The watch arrived today and is scratched. I’m leaving this review because it seems this is the only way to get a reply from them.

I ordered 3 watches of which 2 were as expected and a 3rd was not working. I contacted them via email with no response at first, but managed to reach them via the WhatsApp line. I explained that the crown and stem of the watch was able to pull out completely and therefore the watch would not run as it wouldn't click back into place. Besides, it's inconvenient having a stem that can just be removed all the way. Their first response was that it sounded to them like the watch had a dead battery (as if that would cause the stem to fall out). That was around 25 Oct 2022 and the said they would try and resolve the issue. I informed them that I would be flying back to South Africa where I live on 2 Nov and need the issue resolved ASAP. I received no further replies via the WhatsApp line, even after reaching out 3 more times. Suddenly on 1 Nov I receive an email, with no formal signature, job description, position etc, from someone named Eric from WOA informing me that I should send the watch to Zak Zaki at a random home address in Katy, Texas and that they would send me a replacement, as well as cover the cost of shipping with in-store credit. Keep in mind, this was 1 day before my departure. After the service I received I wouldn't even have any use for the in-store credit because I wouldn't want to purchase from them again. Another interesting point was the fact that the invoice I received along with the delivery states that I paid nearly 50% less than I actually did. They state in many responses to reviews that they have warehouses in many locations, but all three of my watches came from Dubai. So I think they are only operating out of Dubai. They'll probably respond to this review saying that they tried to help (about a week later) but they clearly knew that it wouldn't be possible. Furthermore, I expressed my disappointment in a reply to Eric and still haven't received any response.

On the up side: I orded a watch repair kit from Amazon while waiting for WOA and managed to get the watch running myself (voiding any so called warranty they offer of course). I am also awaiting a replacement movement so that I can repair the watch completely.

I got the all gold Diesel watch and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous watch, looks even better in real life. Fits perfectly on my wrist and doesn't feel heavy at all.

Delivery arrived very quick, product was shipped next day and received it after 4 days.

Got my watch on time and looks exactly as how I expected it to be. Since Christmas is right around the corner, I already know where I'll be shopping :)
