They sourced a watch I was looking for (it was a discontinuied model) and posted it to me. Well packaged and good communication throughout.

Great service, ordered the watch from Switzerland and kept me informed of its arrival and dispatch information. Arrived about 2 weeks earlier than expected and was just what I wanted.

Tag Heuer released an European-only reference that I really wanted to Mayfair was able to find one for me and ship to the United States.

This was my first purchase from Watches of Mayfair. They were offering a fairly difficult to find timepiece at a very reasonable price. Having found the item via google search, I was a little sceptical, so I called them directly to verify that the item was in stock and available. I placed the order online. From that moment on, the communication and customer care was excellent. The item arrived on-time, as described and, very well packaged. I ordered a Longines Spirit from the Watches of Mayfair online shop and am very happy with the overall experience.
Good selection on the homepage, really good price for this watch and it arrived in the box with all the warranty cards and within the timeframe stated on the website.
Before ordering the Longines, I had a Hamilton ordered from Watches of Mayfair, but it didn't fit properly for me and the return was easy and quick, with excellent customer service and communication throughout.

Brilliant service and price. Communication with WOM is very good and they are very patient, im not easy to deal with, however i bought the watch and it turned up the next day, everything was as it should be, they even wound it up and set the correct time.
i would certainly recommend them and my nexxt purchase i will check them out first as they have some special deals that cant be matched.

I was out of the country on holiday when I saw the watch at a great price. I was having trouble with the payment going through with being away and Matt got hold of me the next morning and helped me through the process till completion. He was also on hand afterwards with updates on the watches arrival and if I wanted it resizing etc.thanks again for all your help.

However due to supply issues the piece was late arriving.

Sourced a Panerai Submersible Luna Rossa through WOM.
The manager Matthew Brown was a pleasure to deal with.
Unfortunately the one example available from his suppliers was sold just before he took my order but I had the first one out of the next batch direct from Panerai.
Only a 10 day wait.
Delighted with the big saving I made by going thru WOM rather than a dealer boutique. Also had a 'first time buyer' discount applied so saved £1,400 vs the manufacturer RRP.
Repeat business assured.

Excellent service from start to finish. Process for procurement of the watch clearly explained and correspondence given throughout. Staff went out of their way to ensure my watch would be delivered at the weekend as I requested. Product arrived extremely well packed and perfect as expected. I will most definitely use Watches of Mayfair again for future purchases and would not hesitate to recommend them for their excellent service at unbeatable prices.

Offer price was exceptional. It took a week or so to arrive but I wasn't concerned. Even got a telephone call to tell me they were posting that particular day. When it did arrive it was as described with box and papers and obviously brand new. It was the second watch I have bought from them and would definitely buy again.

I have spent the last 18 months trying to source my latest purchase, a Grand Seiko Tentagraph. I wish I had visited Watches of Mayfair first as the level of service and quality of product experienced, outshines that of any of the competition. Anton and Matthew are both very knowledgeable and provide a level of service above and beyond that experienced elsewhere. The watch that I purchased from them was exactly as described. New and in pristine condition. I will definitely be buying from Watches of Mayfair in the future. Highly recommended.

I bought a 37mm blue Longines Spirit from WOM at a price better I think than anywhere in the country. I dealt with Matt Brown who maybe a little disconcertingly first contacted me as soon as I went on their online site some months ago. He turned out to be very friendly but not pushy, with similar tastes in watches to my own - like me has slender wrists and looks for 36mm diameter watches if possible. WOM required a 30% deposit to order the watch but this was refundable if I did not like it, and in the event, and I knew I would, I loved it. Again, I did not feel any pressure though. This was a special watch for a ‘special birthday’ and all told it was a nice experience going into London, having lunch at one of the delightful eateries in or around Shepherd Market and then experiencing the serenity and courtesy of the little WOM office. I am a bit obsessed by my WATCHES and now that I have formed a relationship with WOM, I hope that I will in time be back.
