Such a bad service, I ordered watch 3 times and they cancelled it every time, if they want to cancel the order , why are they taking it?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Ordered a watch on Monday, paid for expedited delivery. Was sent an email saying it would be delivered Wednesday but didn't get a tracking reference. I chased for a tracking reference which said they were waiting on the parcel from the retailer.
Have chased Watch Home who said they had delivered the parcel to the Delivery Company yet 2-3 days later the delivery tracking is still showing as awaiting parcel from the retailer.
I have asked them to cancel my order but they have ignored my request so I will be raising this with my Credit Card provider. Watch Home have stopped responding to emails as well. They have not helped me in any capacity at this point and I'd much rather just get my money back than have to continue dealing with them.
NEVER AGAIN!
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

No watch or money 4 months on, stay away
This company have my money and my watch that was bought 4 months ago. Stay away from this website and others that may use them such as Fruugo. Cannot get in contact with them either, absolutely disgraceful to have kept both my watch which was sent back due to it not working and my money as they won’t refund me.
Reference is 25838651 and was bought through fruugo. Date of purchase was the 14/9/21. Watch was sent back as it did not work and they received it with confirmation through tracked post.

Ordered a £1500 Tag Heuer watch and received a £200 Hugo Boss. Ignoring emails. Feels like a scam.
UPDATE :- Fake Tag watch received today. Awaiting confirmation the refund will be forthcoming.
UPDATE :- both watches returned - refund received.
