Emporio Armani Watch

I ordered a watch on 23/12/24 but didn’t receive a confirmation email. I contacted them and was told watch had to be ordered. Since then I have had no contact from them despite writing to them . I have tried phoning but no one answers. I have now cancelled the order and have asked for a refund. I would give them zero stars but that isn’t an option

You placed an order for an out of stock watch 2 days before Christmas at 17:05.

We emailed you to confirm you were aware this watch was out of stock and we advised it would need to be ordered in.

We advised it would take longer than usual due to Christmas and New Year.

You then emailed asking for a refund as you didn't want to wait any longer which is fair enough - we processed a refund as per your request.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure what else we could have done.

never received refund

im writing this review on 09/01/25. watch shop online confirmed they had cancelled my order on 27/12/24 and said my refund would take 2-4 working days and it still hasnt arrived. ive been trying to contact them since monday through email, phone and their enquire option on the website but no response anywhere. when i had contacted them prior to purchasing they were replying in less than 24 hours but now that im asking for an update on my refund theres no response. i appreciate its a busy time but it shouldnt take them this long to process the refund or respond. i never write reviews but im writing this in the hopes that they see and give me my refund

We do not normally do reviews but based on our experience of dealing with Watchonline.uk.com, we feel we need to share our attempt to purchase a watch from them with others. We ordered a TISSOT PR200 Chronograph gents watch on 4th December 2024. The order confirmation confirmed it was in stock with a delivery time of 1-2 days via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We became concerned that it did not arrive after a few days and had not received any communication from them so contacted them via phone and then email. The watchshoponline.uk.com do not know the meaning of customer service. We politely rang them on four separate days at different times, no-one answered so we left a message with the details of the order asking for an update. - No response. We politely emailed them on four separate days (with delivery receipt and read receipt) confirmation of delivery but no confirmation of the email being read. No emails received in junk. If the watch is not in stock or there is a delay then Watchonline.uk.com surely must notify their customers to keep them up to date! However, watchshoponline.uk.com do not know the meaning of customer service and when you receive such poor service and communication you start to think is this company actually legitimate and is this a scam? So today we contacted Watchoneline.uk.com asking for a refund.
If we could have given zero stars we would have done! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Have sent my sons Tommy Hilfiger watch…

Have sent my sons Tommy Hilfiger watch (signed for delivery) back weeks ago that was faulty and now they are not responding to my email attempts to find out what’s happening nor answering the phone.

Counterfeit watches

I purchased a Tissot watch from watch shoponline. I have tried to register it with Tissot, who have told me it is a counterfeit watch.

If you have ever purchased a watch from them, I would suggest you check to see it is authentic.

I didn't receive any automatic email from your company about the special delivery tracking number of my purchase- there isn't any in the junk email either- so I would like to receive the tracking number of my purchase made on-or before- the 3rd of December 2024 as I paid additionally for the special delivery next day by 1 pm . it should not be in the website a product out of stock unless get out of stock after my purchase. Please to send me the tracking number directly-by the email you received from me not here following the last private conversation- The delivery should not arrive in 5 7 days as general delivery but the day after paying by 1 pm as special delivery,or please refund accordingly if doesn't arrive max by 17th 1pm . Disappointed for the service until now as I get more details here than directly and privately by email. Francesca

Watch Shop online team contacted me after the request above. I have been told the watch I ordered -and supposed to come with special delivery by 1 pm-was out of stock so they ordered the same watch and I am waiting an update. I informed that is a gift and I needed it to arrive asap, certainly within the 15th-16th of December as I leaving UK on the 17th otherwise I expect a refund. Still waiting update from them for this unexpected delay! *there is any email received on the junk email so please to contact me directly to the same first email conversation. Thanks

I bought a watch as Christmas gift for my partner but after the purchase I didn't receive the email of confirmation with the invoice and the tracking number of the special delivery I requested and paid as post service. I sent an email with the screenshot of the proof of my order( fortunately I have the screenshot) but I didn't have any answered. I tried to call several time but nobody answered. I am now concern as the delivery supposed to arrive today by 1pm and it didn't. Could you please help me? Hopefully leaving a comment in Tripadvisor will bring me to their attention in order to assist me. Francesca

No honouring of warranty period

I am having issues trying to get a watch repair or refunded. I returned the watch during it's 12 month warranty period arrived back at warehouse 18/11. Warranty expired 23/11. Customer service team are being very unhelpful and saying the watch is out of warranty. I have sent all the evidence of various email chains, proof of postage, delivery, photos of fault etc but they seem determined not to honour the warranty. This is very poor customer service and I wiĺl not be purchasing from watchshop again. I'm reviewing in case anyone from the company actually tries to get involved and help me out

I haven't received my watch yet and I'm still waiting. 💁‍♂️

I ordered this watch a month ago and like everyone else, I got an email saying that in-stock watches usually take 7-10 business days to arrive in stock.
I suggest everyone to call the number they have on their website, 🤷‍♂️ (Phone: 0161 818 6101) before buying any watch from them because it doesn't work at all or no one picks up the phone. Can someone explain why?
Those who asked for a refund never got their money back. Anyway, I'll update you here if I get the watch or get a full refund (if it's real!) then I can trust them, otherwise, from this website Do not buy.
I never trust websites but this website has a professional design that I mistakenly trusted, if I receive my watch or get a full refund from them I will update you here and give them feedback I give positive to trust, otherwise I can say that this website is a scam and should be reported as a scam to be blocked. Unfortunately I can’t comment on your particular order because you haven’t left any information for us to locate your order - we don’t have any orders from anyone called Rubik.

If you ordered an out of stock item, they usually take 7-10 working days to arrive in stock - this is only an estimate and it can take longer.

If you’ve been waiting 10 days already and want an update, instead of writing a 1 star review why don’t you email us instead so we can actually help you.

If you want a refund, all you have to do is email and ask for one.

If you don’t trust websites, then we advise you don’t use from them as leaving 1 star reviews when you haven’t actually tried to contact us first damages our business unnecessarily.

I don’t know where you’ve seen other people haven’t received their money back, if anyone wants a refund before their order is dispatched we are always happy to refund them.

We are always happy to accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of delivery if the item hasn’t been used.

If you want an in stock model, it’s usually dispatched the same day.

I received watch I ordered yesterday …

I received watch I ordered yesterday and it arrived today via Royal Mail. It was wrapped in bubble wrap to protect item. It was a very smooth, no fuss transaction. On opening box I was delighted by the design and hope that the person receiving it will be happy with same on Xmas Day. I was amazed as to how well watch & box looked. Perfect gift, hence 5 star review. I would not go to another company as it was easy to buy and pay on line. Worthy of 5 star rating indeed

You ordered a watch that was out of stock as per the product information page, we also told you this in our reply to your email.

We’ve had confirmation that it is now available and will be arriving within the next week or so.

Watch never arrived!

My husband ordered me a watch for my birthday back I august and it still hasn’t arrived. He has had very intermittent email responses promising that the watch is on its way. It still hasn’t arrived and is now showing as out of stock. We are at the point of contacting the bank. I would definitely recommend not ordering from this website!

Another scam online store !!!

Shocking service! Complete waste of time!
Placed an order for a watch that was supposedly "in stock," but immediately after purchasing, I received an email saying it watch will back in stock 5 to 7 working days !!! No way to call as the phone is never answered, and the contact form on the website is completely ignored. No communication, no updates, just a frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs. Total disappointment!

Worth the wait

I looked online and could not see it anywhere cheaper (and the saving was considerable). I was unsure; based on mixed reviews - but decided to take the risk and it paid off. The watch arrived well packaged and in perfect order. The delivery wasn’t quite as quick as initially expected but they responded to each of my emails within 24 hours and kept to every subsequent promise.
If you want glitzy websites and next day delivery then go and pay full price elsewhere. If you can wait a little longer then go for these guys. I will next time!

There was a fault with the original…

There was a fault with the original watch I received. However, communication was first class and I returned it for inspection where a result was agreed. I promptly received a replacement and also was reimbursed for my postage. Very happy with my watch purchase.
