I ordered a Hugo boss watch and it arrived with in a couple of days. The watch is beautiful and after reading something on Facebook about the watches being fake. I compared it to my other Hugo boss watch that I bought from a jewelers and I can honestly say its bang on and genuine. I will definitely be buying from the watch shop again soon and would highly recommend them. Because the prices are very competitive

Fairplay,,,, Purchased a watch from ARMANI direct a few months ago and through fault of my own broke it, ordered the same watch yesterday at 1.00 and has arrived next day before 12.00.
it was packed better than the first one I had from ARMANI and was less than half the price I had originally paid. Can't fault this service EXCELLENT I wish I had found this company earlier.

4.5 stars not quite 5 only because after payment the watch just turned up at my door a few days later, a little more communication around the dispatch of the watch and it would of been a 5 star experience, everything else was excellent the price the product and it's presentation.

Excellent and courteous service. First item shipped was lost in the mail but replaced as soon as I notified Watch Shop of the problem or a full refund offered. Second item arrived fine and was very well packaged as a fragile item. Really good first impression on service and price so would recommend to others without hesitation. I will be using them again.

Did not have the watch I wanted in stock, email me straight away to let me know and then gave me 15% discount for the trouble, sent straight out and received it the very next day,a pleasure doing business with the company, will definitely be back.

I bought my daughter a Michael Kors watch for Christmas, it took a few weeks to arrive, due to a backlog.
Customer service were excellent, responded to my emails straight away, offered my money back at anytime.
I waited and the watch is excellent and my daughter loves it.

I dont understand all the bad reviews for this company. I ordered a watch yesterday for half the price it is in stores and it came today wrapped perfectly with all the correct paperwork and and 100 percent genuine and brand new thank you :D

Although it took a lot longer than expected, I recieved my watch I bought for my partner on time just before Christmas. Worried that it wouldn’t come on time, I kept emailing for an update on the process and they responded immediately and effectively every time.

The product is amazing, especially for the price as well and it is delivered in the best care to make sure it comes in tact!

Would definitely buy from here again!

Please ignore reviews that say they are fake because they are NOT. I’ve worked in watch shops for years and would spot a fake watch from a mile off!! Wonderful product and service.

I ordered my partner a watch for Christmas it arrived before expected and beautifully packaged, the customer service was brilliant and I spoke to a lovely person regarding my purchase. Cannot be more pleased, the watch is beautiful and the service was fab! Thank you again!

To put it simply these watches are FAKE! If your going to sell replicas it’s fine but don’t falsely advertise what you are selling. I even queried this in an email which they confirmed that yes the watch is real. If your wanting to buy the legit model of the watch you want then don’t shop here!

They state that the watch is in stock when it isn’t. You will expect the watch to arrive & have to chase it up yourself. For them to then tell you , they don’t even have the watch.
Also you won’t get a confirmation email , even when asking them to resend it.

I have placed an order back in November I was told on 27th Nov it will be 5-7 days still not received have emailed on twice and still no reply. Tried phoning no reply how am I meant to know what is going on??

This company absolutely amazing I got fast replies back on email customer service very friendly and I received my watch and let me tell you it was beautiful very cheap for the price I would 100% recommend!

Absolute joke of a company.
I used this watch company as I can see they’re a small business. However, I never received a confirmation email. I’ve chased a number of times for an update on the watch as I paid special next day delivery to be told that they are expecting the watch in next week...2 weeks later still no watch! They now have the CHEEK to post the watch online for £149.99 when I paid £279 including special delivery!!!
It takes days for a reply, happy to take your money but won’t send you the watch or reply!

Ordered a Boss watch for my boyfriend for Christmas and OMG it is gorgeous. Comes packaged beautifully and delivery was so fast - was not expecting it next day on a Saturday too (thank you!!)

Don’t be put off by website and cheap prices - I wasn’t sure at first but is very genuine and amazing service.
