Disappointment with Recent Wetsuit Order.
I placed my order well in advance of my surf trip, expecting everything to go smoothly. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed by multiple weeks, which was frustrating on its own. I had to send several emails and even redirect the package, ultimately hiring a courier to pick it up because it arrived long after the expected delivery date—all at my own expense.
This situation forced me into a corner where I had no choice but to rent a wetsuit, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. While I appreciate your team’s attentiveness in responding to my inquiries, it’s disappointing that the execution and delivery didn’t align with the promised timeline and my cost exceeding the value of the wetsuit.
