The best shop to buy just take into account return is on you
Firstly, I want to express my gratitude for consistently providing excellent service and products in the watersports category. Despite encountering a minor issue with your system during my recent purchase, your team handled it exceptionally well. Unfortunately, I forgot to add an item to my order and was unable to modify it to avoid additional delivery fees. However, understanding and willingness to accommodate a new order with free delivery were greatly appreciated.
That being said, I feel it's important to highlight an aspect of the shopping experience that caught me off guard: the return process. In comparison to other shops free return, I found the return costs to be quite high. For instance, when I ordered multiple surf booties to ensure the right fit, the return fees almost equaled the cost of one pair of booties. This discrepancy in return costs, especially when compared to free returns offered by other retailers, left me feeling somewhat confused. It would have been helpful to have this information clearly stated on website to avoid any surprises.
Overall, while I appreciate the exceptional service provided by the shop, I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to improve the transparency and clarity of your return policy. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to continuing to support your shop in the future.

Regarding our returns, we have partnered with Rebound to provide a service which is generally economic for larger or heavier items. However we do appreciate the standardised cost is higher in relation to the product when the item is small or light. In this case customers are welcome to use an alternative courier if preferred. The wetsuit was delivered even faster…
The wetsuit was delivered even faster than expected date. The only thing that wasn’t comfortable- there is no “proactive” tracking of the parcel status. So the courier arrived with no notice to the address, but because I was away for those 15 minutes, he just left the parcel in a depo.
But I can’t complain on the quality)

Fast and smooth
Process was really fast and smooth.
The only negative side was the way the wetsuit was packed: a single plastic bag with no protection at all. The wetsuit was in good condition but it could be damaged.
